The tension didn’t work and pedaling was jerky. Took it apart to check everything using the videos online. Videos go so fast it’s hard to see what is going on. The tension piece didn’t fit properly, I added more grease which doesn’t come with it, put it back together and it is still jerky and tension still doesn’t work. Save your box and packing until you are sure you want it because UPS will charge at least $100 to provide packaging. We can’t afford it so we are stuck with the bike which is to hard for my Mom to use. If you try to call for help you will be hung up on.

I’m so happy I got it it got me into exercising I watch some TV and exercise everyday I feel so much better and look so much more toned. Seems very sturdy and I’m a big person and I’ve been perfectly comfortable with it. It doesn’t take up too much space and it doesn’t seem to be noisy

Well-made and easy assembly. Easy to move around. Fairly comfortable (I am about six feet and 250 lbs). Definitely worth the money if you want a bike at home. Works for my recovery (broken ankle, tibia, fibula, torn rotator cuff, all requiring surgery).

If you are a bit weak, try to get someone to help with unboxing this and assembling it. I’m a 62 year old 5’2″ overweight female who isn’t too weak yet, but it took all of my strength to get the box into the room it needed to be in, and then to flip the box after cutting open the bottom side for unboxing it in the first place. I got it unboxed the first day and checked to see if all the parts were there.
The next day, I assembled it. I struggled a little bit to get something under the heavy front end to put on the front stabilizing bar (the seat handle bar is perfect for the “something”). Putting something under the back end to put on the back stabilizing bar was easier.
It took me a few hours total to assemble it, but I did take a few rest breaks during that time. The wire that’s inside the top of the tube to attach to the digital monitor had a rubberband on it that evidently was supposed to be around the tube itself so it didn’t fall in. But it wasn’t on on the tube; the wire had fallen in. Fortunately, my fingers are small, so I reached in the try to find the wire. Then I felt the rubberband on the wire and was able pull it out after a few attempts to grab it. I had to rest the next day before starting to use this.
The exerciser is smooth to operate and the seat is comfortable enough. My left knee is worse than my right knee, so I discovered that my thin sandals were the wrong shoes to wear while exercising because the outer part of my left knee kept clicking, so I tried a different pair of shoes. That made a big difference.
Make sure you’re wearing good shoes if you have bad knees. Also, only start with 2 to 3 minutes if you haven’t been exercising previously. I started with 3 minutes a day on the lowest tension setting, and at the end of the day, my muscles definitely feel it. I’ve only had this about a week, and I won’t use it yet on my weekly heavy household chores day. I will also use one day a week to do nothing at all.

it is not tough, does NOT take up a lot of space, is NOT ugly, and provides both upper and lower body exercise.

Bike is good for the price, assembly was okay if you have any assembly experience, tension control didn’t work properly, this has nothing to do with assembling the bike, the drive train is factory assembled and enclosed shouldn’t have to open. Contacted customer service about warranty repairs via email, they gave me instructions on how fix problem, it involved some disassembling and opening up the drive train enclosure. I considered returning the bike, but decided trying to fix the bike was easier than the hassle of returning the bike, and go through the whole process of order another. I tore it down per their instructions, when I took the. Overs off a spring fell out, I figure out where if went and replaced it, the tension control still wasn’t any change in the tension after replacing the spring, figured out how to adjust the magnets that control the tension, after this everything worked properly no noise or vibration,put about 10 miles on it in a couple of days. Contacted the company told that I had made the repairs and it was working properly.
Requested sometime of compensation as I had made the repairs at their direction, warranty repairs they should have done, they told me they couldn’t that I would have to take up the matter with Amazon. Well in short I got screwed and got a run a round should have returned bike

I use my bike I use it every day now. very easy to pedal. A little difficult to put together, and instructions could have been a bit more clear, but after set up, it’s been a great bike.
