I paid $70 and took the time to put all of it together, just to have absolutely no tension. I looked through the instructions multiple times for a step that I’d missed, but there isn’t one. Now it’s just a pink piece of garbage.
You can see in the video I adjust the tension knob to the extreme in both directions and there’s no change.
