I received this item in super-fast time, and it arrived in perfect order. I have used it for one week now, 10 mins/day, and I love it! My comparison is against an expensive $ 2K full-body vibration machine (bulkier and much more powerful than this one) that I used a couple of times at my holistic dr’s office. How does this little one compare? For me, this little vibration platform works just fine! I can tell that it’s a cheaper version of the “real thing” at 2K, because this one will not vibrate as fast, but for my own needs, it really makes no difference, because I am not on the expensive one at its full power anyhow. My lower back hurts, and my dr. advised me to be on a whole body vibration machine for 10 mins a day for a few months. I am hoping this will help take away the lower back pain! I did have a problem with the batteries of the remote control, as other reviewers have pointed out. However, replacing the batteries it came with, with fresh batteries, and having figured out the right polarities, the remote then worked just fine. The max speed that this little vibration platform will go to is “20.” If you are into more intense training than just enjoying 10 minutes of a seriously decent vibration, this machine is probably not for you. As a comparison, the one at my dr’s office will go up to 90 (20 is, for instance, the lowest setting on the expensive 2K model that I have access to in my dr’s office). I can’t even see myself on anything more than 20 anyhow, and this machine is about as high in vibration as I would want to go anyhow. I like it that this little vibrating platform does not take too much space. Its operation is intuitive and easy to figure out. In the owner’s manual that comes with it, there are no suggestions on which exercises to try out when it vibrates, but there are plenty of YouTube videos to give you some ideas. This Mini Crazy Fit Bio Shaker is quiet enough to be able to watch TV while on it, without needing to blast the TV volume (it is like the machine has a loud hummmmmm sound). If I keep my feet towards the middle of the platform, I feel the vibrations less. But I can keep the same speed on the machine, but widen the distance between my feet, and I feel more intense vibration. One suggestion I would have, since it does not come with any kind of handlebars that one can hold onto in case one might feel a loss of balance for some reason while on it, my suggestion would be to set the machine on the floor, initially at least, near a kitchen counter or a window sill or something like that so, until one feels secure with balance on the vibrating platform, one could have something to grab onto just in case it’s needed. I think this is a really nifty, relatively inexpensive vibrator platform, I am sure glad I bought it and it relaxes my muscles when I use it. I love it! I look forward to continual use of 10 mins a day for the next months.

I have never seen or used one of these machines before, but due to having some nerve disfunction in my legs according to a nerve conduction study, I wanted to try this out of curiosity. And I must say, it works great as a tension reliever and cured my insomnia when I use it at night.
It makes my legs tingle all the way up to my butt, and really gets the blood circulating, which feels wonderful. I stand on it for about ten minutes twice a day, and feel a lot of relaxation in my entire body, the more I use this. This has cured a lot of little aches and pains in my legs, hips and back, and I am walking and moving much more smoothly and easily since using it.
This is heavy. I wasn’t prepared for it weighing over forty pounds, which means that putting it into a place in my home is where it will be staying. I like the heaviness, however, since it creates stability while it is shaking me.
The shake is small and rapid. I feel that with continued use my muscles, ligaments and joints will be greatly benefited. Not only does the blood flow rapidly and freely, the tension is relieved, the muscles are challenged, and hopefully the nerves are energized and repaired.
I have this in a corner of a room so that there is no place to fall on two sides. I also have a straight backed chair in front of this to hang onto while I use it. I do the lunge on this, and can feel the muscles working in each leg as they flex and tone to keep me balanced.
This was a pleasant surprise, regarding enjoyment and effectiveness. I’m not sure exactly what the long term benefits will be, but so far I am experiencing a lot of excellent benefits in terms of health and feeling good. This seems to be well made and is easy to use with the remote. I recommend this for anyone with sore muscles and joints or who wants to add a new dimension to their workout routine.

For the price, and size, this is an excellent machine. Very quiet and a combination of programmes makes it suitable for all ages and uses. You can definitely feel the benefit of using this. This is a nice vibration shaker. It weighs about 40+ pounds, very sturdy. I feel it is a good size unit. When you hear the word mini you think small or tiny. NO, no, no. I love it. I have it right in front of my chair and I can even use it as a foot stool. I have it on a small rug so I can drag it elsewhere if I need to. The batteries it came with where not good. Who cares about the batteries. I just put new ones in the remote and everything works perfect. Also, it was the best price I have seen. I do love it. I feel it is a quality vibration shaker and the price was crazy low. I used Amazon Prime for shipping so the shipping did not cost me a penny. It does teach you to become more balanced. At first I would wobble around but now I am fine and do not need anything to hang on to. I have read where some people are saying that you cannot set the timer past 10 minutes. Not true. Read your manual. You can set it for up to 20 minutes. The default time is 10 minutes then you just push the button to add more minutes. It has 3 pre-set programs which are 10 minutes long, If you use it manually it has 20 speeds. All this for $136 plus tax.
