This was my first walking pad and I purchased this particular one after looking up many different ones for several months. I selected this brand to try based on the reviews of the customer service, low noise ranking, ease of set up and portability. I work from home and have gained ten pounds since Covid started. Prior to my purchase, I was getting only 1000-2000 steps a day. I felt unhealthy and was riddled with neck pain from sitting slouched over at my desk all day. I have a sit stand desk but would never bother to stand. Since purchasing this walking pad, I have averaged 11k steps daily. A few weeks after my purchase, the motor began to make squeaking noises. I contacted customer service who troubleshooted the problem for me. It turned out to be a dysfunctional motor. They provided immediate assistance and took care of the problem. I am 100% satisfied and will likely repurchase another one for my husband. If you are on the fence about a walking pad, just go for this one! It’s very easy to use and fits perfectly under a sit stand desk. When not in use, I lay it against the wall. There is really nothing to lose because customer service will take good care of you if there are problems.

This walking pad was exactly what I was looking for! Working from home since COVID, and I really have been looking for something small that slides under furniture to hide while not using, as well as something quiet and not too narrow.
The size of this is perfect and gives me plenty of walking space without taking up too much room. I included measurements in my photos as well. Other similar products seemed to be a bit more narrow than this one, which I did not want it too narrow.
The remote is simple and easy to use, and I can wear it on my wrist as I walk.
I honestly was expecting anything I get online at this price to be a little loud, but this product is actually pretty quiet. It seems even a little louder in the video I posted than it really is.
Only downside is that it is a little bit heavy, but the wheels make it pretty easy to move around so I can’t really complain much.
Overall this is money well spent for me so I can walk while in long work meetings or just while watching tv. I do classes at my local gym, but get so bored when I’m just on the treadmill or elliptical there. This is very nice to have and use in the privacy of my own home. Would recommend.

This is a nice quality treadmill and works exactly as advertised. The size is perfect for under my standing desk. The belt runs smoothly and quietly. When walking, there is a little more noise but at a very low reasonable level. I had a similar product before that cost more but fried after a couple of months and did not have some of the nice features this one has. I like that you can pause it for a few minutes (E.g., to grab something quick) and don’t lose your metrics (distance, time, etc.). I also wanted a treadmill that could go 5 miles per hour (many of them out there only go up to about 3.8 miles/hr). At 5, you can get a little jog in when you want to get the heart rate up more. The wheels and rolling action are smooth and make the treadmill easy to move when not in use. It was easy to unpack and use almost immediately. I say almost because it is critical to lube the belt with the provided oil prior to use (and on an ongoing basis) but that is an easy thing to do. I had some questions for the seller and I got a response within 24 hours of sending the email. Overall, this is a great product for an excellent price. I’d recommend it.

This treadmill is perfect for walking while working at a desk! I was looking for a walking pad that worked well, wasn’t too loud, and fit my budget. This one is all of those things! I’ve had it a few weeks now & after the initial belt adjustment, it’s worked perfectly. It’s not too loud (I shut my office door when I use it but my coworkers said they didn’t even realize I had it until they saw it, despite me using it every day!) and the beeping for changing the speed/turning it on/off isn’t loud either. Super easy to set up & adjust, took me like 10 min. Wheels at the front make it easy to move out of the way if needed. I’m 5’2 & the length is perfect for my stride. Something to note is that it only runs for 50 min. Super easy to start it back up again for another 50 min walk if you want, but if you are looking for one that goes until you manually turn it off, this isn’t for you. It’s exactly what I expected based on the description, it shipped fast, and it works great for a fair price. Definitely recommend!
