   It’s basically an allen wrench but tailored for the NordicTrack to adjust belt tension. Each end fits a different screw head with the larger end used to adjust belt tension. Not sure where the other end fits exactly, but I guess it’s there if you need it. I don’t recall if one was included when I bought the machine but if so, it was misplaced long ago, and I needed one to tweak the belt. It worked perfectly and did the job, so that’s all I really expected and happy that it did actually fit my model.

   I have had a NordicTrack treadmill for a few years and have had to adjust the belt a few times. I never had the right Allen wrench because I think when the treadmill got put together this tool got tossed in a toolbox without recognizing its significance. To use a normal Allen wrench to adjust the belt, I have had to disassemble the feet of the treadmill – it’s a lot of work! This tool arrived right in time for when my belt needed a little adjustment and it worked perfectly to shift the belt without having to take the whole thing apart. Highly recommended!

   I have an older nordictrack treadmill and lost the original key. This one work well for adjusting the track so I could lubricant it since the treadmill wasn’t running as smooth as it should.

   Lost the key that came with my treadmill. This one fits and works perfectly!
