I’ve owned this for a few weeks and absolutely love it. It was easy to set up and very easy to use. I’m on it anywhere from 20-45 minutes a day 6 days a week and it’s working out great. It’s pretty quiet as well.

This is the folding Home Electric Treadmill.
Now first off, there is a feature that will shut down the machine if you stumble and fall off the machine.
This treadmill has a heart rate monitor on the handles, so if you are watching your heart rate while getting some exercise, than this is ideal for you!
The others that I have used are wired clips that you put on your finger, or a velcro wrist wrap that you strap to your wrist.
I like that I can hold the treadmill on the handles while walking, jogging, or running and get a realtime readout of my heart rate!
Certain workouts will effect your heart in different ways, and this helps you stay in a safe zone while working out!
Now I had been using this for a few weeks, and it is so addictive if you set off a certain time to do a simple work out like walking, running, or jogging each day. Stick to it!
Your days will seem better after a while! You will shed some inches while working the fat out and replacing that with muscle!
And speaking of muscle: your heart will be in much better condition after working out on a regular basis!
I can only do so much in a day, and I really miss being able to hop on my treadmill daily and go for a walk! I will start working back up to it after some more healing!
I really like this treadmill! And it is going to get a LOT of use in the winter when no one can get outside to walk in the fresh air!
The power cord to plug this in; is about 6 feet long!
This treadmill can also play music and has Bluetooth capabilities!
There is a ledge for your tablet if you wish to watch news or other entertainment! Use it for the Smart app to control this treadmill and choose between 12 different preset fitness challenges!!
This isn’t as heavy as one would expect it to be, especially if you are use to the ‘classic’ treadmills that you don’t want to mess with moving!
This is said to be around 62 pounds, and it had wheels to help move it up and out of the way easier!
The wheels are a help for sure, and they do glide the machine to whatever place you wish to store it for the remainder of the day!
I really love some of the features this has to offer!
Other things I am willing to overlook as they are just features that won’t really be missed as I will most likely never use them. But everyone is different, and this is perfect for my own personal needs.
And I am sure it will be perfect for many other people out there that weigh function over features like I do!
This is a very good treadmill and the price reflects as such!
This treadmill will last a very very long time, especially if you take proper care of it laid out in the owner’s manual!
This is a very easy to read and follow manual so please do keep it in an easy to reach place in relation to the treadmill!!

Tread mill was pretty much what I expected not for heavy duty workout I am a walker and that’s what I use it for
