We received the treadmill in a small box and the instructions were easy to understand and setup was a snap. It has a small footprint and can easily be folded up and stored. It is a great regular treadmill and fits well under the desk as needed.

None noted so far. If there is anything to change, it would be to widen the belt, but that is probably unnecessary for most people.

So far this treadmill is great, I get daily use from it. I literally haven’t had to adjust the belt at all but it is not too wide so you have to be careful or you can trip with the sides, it has happened to me but I think most portable treadmills have this issue. I wish it had buttons on the treadmill itself or on the bar just in case the remote stops working but it’s working perfectly fine with the remote and I also would have loved for it to have an incline option. It responds quickly when I press the buttons. It has great support underneath, I weigh over 200 ibs so it creaks a little but I adjust the supports underneath and it stops. I definitely recommend this treadmill, it is very portable and easy to set up. I attached a video so you can see the treadmill and remote in action!

The power button has stopped working, I need to disconnect the plug for it to turn off. I will contact the seller and update.

Love how easy it is to put together and store under my bed when not in use. Remote and safety bar are great and the treadmill runs perfectly!
A bit over a month of having it, as I was setting it up, while lifting the bar (since I store it under my bed), the screw broke so a piece of screw was stuck in the hole and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it on my own but definitely need the bar for safety reasons.
I contacted customer service and with a few hours received feedback, and within a few days I received a new replacement. Jackie followed up to ensure I received the replacement treadmill. Recommend the product for simple walking (I actually use it for my dog on the slowest setting when walks aren’t possible) and customer service was an absolute pleasure to work with!

This treadmill starts out slow every time. At one half mph it is easy to step on and off. The remote can speed up at one tenth mph increments. For the old and slow people this machine offers a way for anyone to get up and walk safely in your own home. I am beyond the running years now. I find that a walk increasing the speed a little at a time will give me a great low impact exercise. I start out at one and a half mph. Every five minutes I raise the speed by one tenth mph. At the end of my 45 minute program I finish at a little over two mph.
The digital display is easy to read for time and speed while you are working out. The top speed is around 6 mph. Great for anyone who weighs less than 300 lbs. The low price is a bargain. I was skeptical at first but was pleased the first time I got on board.
It comes with an adjustment tool to adjust the belt as needed for alignment and stretching of belt issues that will eventually happen with extended use. This is (Normal Maintenance) on rare occasions only.
There is also a small bottle of oil for light lubricant application between belt and steel walking platform. The booklet that comes with the treadmill shows how and when to apply the lubricant. For my old age this has been a blessing for me.
Two walks a day for the last two weeks has shown a benefit in both weight loss and I feel the soreness of muscles at the end of my programmed walks.
It is lightweight and easily movable. In short I expect this machine to last for years or more with daily use.

love the size and functionality! Works well and the speed is amazing. Great for walking or jogging or running. Bad thing is that its very heavy. Wish it were lighter to move it under sofa or away anytime but its a struggle. Will scratch your floor if you drag it. No incline- seems sturdy so far.

I’ve had my walking pad for almost 3 months and so far so good! No issues at all. I did drop my remote and the company replaced it FAST . . . and it turned out I inserted the battery incorrectly. I’m glad to have the additional remote because they are lightweight. Easy setup, plugin and intuitive to use. Not too loud either. I walk and watch movies at the same time. I do hold onto the handle while walking to ensure I stay on the belt. All around win-win for me!

It’s very easy to put together and not too heavy. I love that it doesn’t take up a lot of space in my room. Everything works, and it comes with a remote. I like that I can get up at any hour to do my walk. Also, the handle goes up or down and has a stand where you can place an iPad or phone book.
