I received this treadmill yesterday. I put it together and used it last night. Now I am 6′ tall. For the price I feel the quality of this unit is great. The programs are wonderful. It was very easy to put together.
The only part I do not like, the handles are low so I have to sort of hunch over to use it. Most people are not as tall as me, so that is just a personal observation.
If you are looking for a treadmill that doesn’t break the bank I highly recommend this unit!

This treadmill is great quality for a really good price. It’s great that the incline is automatic. It folds up to save space and works great. Very quiet. I use it everyday. The only thing negative I can say is I wish the handle parts with the heart rate monitor sit back further towards you. Otherwise I am very happy.

The treadmill did not power on after assembly & customer service was only possible thru Amazon messaging ( no customer support# or website). I was offered $30 credit if I would try their “5 step” approach to self repair that I received thru a messaged link. When I opened the motor to start the process, I could see the ground wire to power switch was not connected (this step was not on the list, but was obvious). As soon as I fixed the power switch & started the machine, It stopped & an error warning appeared on the screen.
After 2 significant problems occurred BEFORE setting a foot on this clearly cheap, defective product I decided that I needed to return & refund.
Although I was refunded promptly, Burgosi insisted that I keep the defective treadmill & refused to pick it up or send me a prepaid label to return the gigantic, 120 LB box, making disposal MY problem. Amazon was useless in resolving this & after numerous calls to Amazon & online chatting they stuck me the the problem of disposal. I resolved this problem myself by hauling it out of my basement (with a dolly I had to pay $100 for on Amazon) & leaving it @ Amazon return desk @ Kohls as the clerk was attempting to tell me I needed to bring it to UPS (WITHOUT providing a prepaid label for me), I kept walking out of the store & ignored her.
I bought the treadmill based on positive reviews including “great customer service”). The customer service required me to attempt to repair defective product for a $30 payout that was never given. The treadmill appeared to be cheap & shoddy & I cannot speak to its ability to function as it never actually worked. The amount of time & aggravation I went thru trying to get Amazon to remove this piece of crap from my home I will never be compensated for but have learned the lesson of being skeptical of reviews & to never buy large electronic product thru Amazon again as they will refund but not pick up defective merchandise & rather point he finger of blame on their “3rd party sellers” & leave the paying customer with the problem of disposal/removal.
BUYER BEWARE
I advise buying a treadmill from a brick & mortar store that will guarantee returns & buy one that costs a little more & is built better. This was by far my most disappointing purchase EVER on Amazon & I buy lots of things

First, the setup was very easy. It is louder than I would like it to be. I think the belt might need to be adjusted but no matter which bolt I turn that is supposed to adjust the belt nothing happens. I am about 5’6″ but if you are much taller I think the handlebars would be too low. The soft drop system doesn’t really work. I kick the stand and nothing happens. I have to push it and then it starts to go down. I do like that you can adjust the speed and incline from the handlebars. The 12% incline is OK. The display screen is very nice and bright and gives me what I want to know. Please let me know if someone knows a number or email for Customer Service. If anyone from the company sees this please contact me about the belt.
UPDATE: The seller is helpful but the belt is already damaged (see picture). I am waiting to see what can be done for me. I only had this for a couple of days. I had to do down to 2 stars cause of this.
Another Update: The seller was very helpful in trying to get my treadmill fixed. The belt seems OK now. It is still louder than I would like but it is better than before.

I purchased this treadmill after reviewed many other products, I found this one quite reasonable price with all the features that I was looking for. Love the auto incline, the screen and the large size of the running belt. I got it a month ago. I use it for walking daily and it’s so far so good. I highly recommend this treadmill.

We love this treadmill so much we actually bought a second one for the other house. Ships quickly and arrived ready to go. Just a few screws to tighten, stand up display and ready to use. Reasonably priced and the perfect height for me at 5’6.5 and my boyfriend at 6’1. Just order it already.

The BORGUSI Treadmill has been a fantastic addition to our home, and the whole family loves it! It’s incredibly quiet, which is a huge plus for indoor use, as we can work out without disturbing anyone in the house. The 3.0HP motor is powerful, and the 8.5 MPH speed is perfect for both walking and running.
The auto incline feature adds a nice variety to our workouts, and the wide tread belt provides plenty of room to move comfortably. It was easy to set up right out of the box, and using it is straightforward, even for those of us who aren’t tech-savvy. The Bluetooth speaker is a great touch for adding music to our sessions when no-one is around the house.
Overall, this is a high-quality, family-friendly treadmill that’s quiet, easy to use, and perfect for home workouts.

First off it was free shipping that’s great and it arrived within a week. It was packaged well ,and easily put together by myself. Instructions were adequate but not great. But it was easy to figure out and had it up and running in like 30 min. It works perfectly and I love the fold up option that is very easy to lift and goes down very easy on its own with the hinge. Buttons for incline and speed on the hand rails are perfect and was a great addition at this price range. Love it!!
