This is a great starter treadmill. The small footprint makes it easy for a smaller space. Instructions were a tad hard to understand, but once you figured it out, it was easy to assemble. The treadmill itself works great. The app you can download and connect to Bluetooth is a nice touch. Adjusting the belt can be a bit tedious, but eventually I was able to adjust it properly. Overall would recommend this for a starter treadmill.

What I like about this product is because it’s very quiet. Not only it’s quiet, but it has features such as a timer, calorie counter, etc. It also inclines which I haven’t used yet. I use this product to do my walking. It also speeds up and slows down automatically when needed or it can be manually done. It has step by step easy to follow instructions. Awesome size for me since I’m 5′ 3″. Nice treadmill.

For the most part it was easy to setup. There was some problems in pushing down the floor piece as the hydraulics kept pushing it up. After assembly it was esasy to use and quiet.

I bought this now for few months. Great budget friendly treadmill if looking for something not too heavy and works great for daily running. Weight is good enough for me alone to move it around. Very good customer service. Will recommend to anyone who is looking for good quality treadmill in limited budget. Overall very good considering the price.

Purchased this treadmill after reading the reviews and thought I’d be getting a decent machine. Boy was I wrong. The treadmill was easy to unpack and put together. The only issue is that once I tried to use it the motor made an awful noise.
I lubricated the machine as instructed and it helped for a few minutes but after returning a couple of hours later the treadmill was even louder and loosening/tightening the belt didn’t help nor did more lubricant. I had high expectations and was sorely disappointed.
UPDATE: Changed my review to 3 stars due to the amazing customer service and quick refund. I do understand that items may be damaged during transport. While it was an inconvenience I’m just glad to get my refund back so quickly.

Let me start by saying I love this treadmill! I wanted to start an exercise routine that I felt like I could stick with and not worry about rain or heat. I was really excited to receive this treadmill. It was easy to install, and it runs well and is very quiet. It is high quality and fits perfectly where I need to store it. I have to admit that I had an issue with the first one I purchased. I also have to tell you that the issue was quickly resolved. Customer service was awesome! The Rep. went above and beyond in assisting me. Not only was my issued resolved timely but a follow up contact text was received to insure I was satisfied. Wow! I wished other companies that I have delt with had the same reverence for their customers. This treadmill is definitely worth it in affordability and quality. I am very happy and feel this is a great product. I would purchase equipment again from this company and I will also recommend to family, friend and anyone who is looking for quality exercise equipment. Thank you, Umay!

We ran to the fastest and it does not make noise as it was sturdy. It was already inclined and can put up for proper storage when not in use. It has two cup holder and can hold a mobile device in front. The led indicator or clear and can easily be understood. There is this button on the handrail as well and that is cool! The emergency magnetic pull is good to have for safety. It was heavy it took 2 person as we need to flip for proper assembly but overall was easy. Conveyor belt or running platform works well for my shoes. This is not for kids as it can be fast as it can be.

I have had this treadmill for a few months now and it works exactly as described. The motor is quiet and runs very smoothly. The size of the product is large enough to comfortably do my walking exercises but compact enough to keep it in place, but if need by, it can easily be folded upright and moved around without much effort. This is exactly what I had been looking for, a simple treadmill without all the unnecessary bells and whistles that you find with other treadmills, no subscription needed, but there is an app for it if that is something you want, for me and my family we just wanted a treadmill that would work quietly. But don’t underestimate this equipment, it will still count distance, calories heartbeat and the speed at which the treadmill is working. I find the top speed to be fast enough for fast walking or even running thou I only use it for fast walking for cardio. Setting it up was a breeze with just a couple of screws that need to be put in place with the provided wrench. I am satisfied with this purchase and find the value to be excellent for the amount invested in the equipment. Customer service will respond quickly if you have any questions. My overall experience with this equipment and seller is a positive one and would recommend it.
