I am excited for the Vibration Plate Exercise Machine by UMAY that I ordered. I got the colour blue, which shows up as a grey/blue. The fitness machine came with Loop bands, a remote and an instruction/user manual. It is fairly lightweight compared to other machines and is very easy to assemble. I tried a similar machine but a commercial gym size one at a fitness club and this home unit gave me a better experience.
I like how the at home unit has a smaller profile to the ground which makes it easier for me to get into different positions for different exercises. For example planks or pushups. I also enjoy that the machine is compact enough to sit in my office and I can just stand on it for a few minutes after sitting for awhile and the vibration helps loosen up any stiffness. I usually feel energized afterwards.
The user manual is clear and easy to follow. The remote is battery operated and came with a starter battery. The buttons on the remote don’t stick and are easy to use. The unit has an on/off switch on the side. The top panel display screen and controls are clear and durable, in that I am not concerned with it wearing down over time. I look forward to using this every day in my health routines.

Ever since trying a stand-up vibration plate with handles at my local clinic, I’ve been wanting something similar for home use. This machine has been awesome so far and is super easy to use. The technology and research behind it are solid, and I’m happy to report that there are no balance issues, which was a concern for me initially.
The price is decent, making it a good value for what you get. While I feel it doesn’t do as much for the upper body as it does for the lower body, it’s fantastic for exercises like squats. I do recommend stretching before and after using it to get the best results.
The only downside I’ve found is the confusing information regarding the weight capacity. The product states it supports up to 330 lbs, but the manual mentions a different number, which can be a bit concerning.
Overall, it’s a great addition to my workout routine, especially for lower body exercises. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their fitness regimen!

I was a bit hesitant but after plugging the plate in and starting low, I really like this! The vibration really helps with balance and you can slowly change it up or down. Great for balance or helping with muscle imbalances!

Very nice machine. It works as good as a commercial grade vibration machine I used at a gym. I hope it holds up of course time will tell. I just used this a few times but so far I’m impressed.

TLDR: A high quality and great value Vibrating Plate. Recommended
My wife and I looked at a similar vibrating plate at a home show a few years back. It was a bit larger, but also about 5x the cost, so we decided to give this Umay Fitness UV30 a try. My wife is interested in improving bone density and weight loss, and I plan to use it to improve my stabilizer muscles.
Setup is simple. Plug it in, turn on the switch, then use the remote to start it up (batteries not included.) The vibration is very quiet and effective; even the lowest setting provides fairly strong vibration.
The manual has lots of translation errors, and does a pretty poor job of explaining the functionality. You can either set one of automatic modes, or use the manual mode. Manual Mode allows you to set the duration and intensity.
An odd feature of this is the built-in bluetooth speaker. You simply add the device (aptly named “bluetooth”) on your phone and you can stream to the vibration plate. Sound quality is not wonderful, but fine for podcasts. You also get a pair of resistance bands so you can do some upper body work while you’re vibrating.
I’ve only used it for a short period of time so I can’t comment on long-term durability, but it does have a 1 year warranty. At this price ($130), I consider it an excellent value. Higher end machines can cost up to $3k so I won’t be bothered if I have to replace this after a few years.

This vibration plate is a great addition to my home gym. The loop bands are a nice touch for enhancing workouts, and the remote control makes it easy to switch settings mid-session. It’s sturdy and stable, even at higher speeds, and the platform size is generous enough for a variety of exercises. I’ve noticed improvements in muscle tone and circulation. A solid piece of equipment for anyone looking to mix up their routine.

I was highly skeptical of the benefits offered by this vibrating plate machine, but after looking at the research (although, still quite limited), I decided to give it a try.
The unit is compact and can easily slide under most raised sofas.
You get a remote control, but you can also control some of the features directly on the unit itself.
Even though you can play bluetooth audio from the device, I’ve decided not to pair it as I use it in front of the TV and don’t need it to play music.
One gripe I have is that the sounds, beeps, and voice when using this machine is very loud! Much louder than the machine itself! I wish it started silent, because those noises can disturb other people in the house.
When the unit is on, it’s very quiet and it does NOT vibrate your floor (like a treadmill, would).
Being a lower-end unit, it does not vibrate across multiple planes. In fact, it only seems to vibrate on a see-saw pivot.
This is probably the unit’s biggest weakness, since having a vibrating plate move in other directions does offer far more benefit.
That said, I’ve been enjoying this as a post-workout “massage”, as well as integrated into various workouts.
Squats, for example, are greatly enhanced while doing them on this machine.
You can also do planks and pushups, but I find them rather uncomfortable unless you add a foam mat or towel to the top of the machine.
You can program your own speed and workout length, but it comes with pre-programmed modes that will vary the intensity through a 10-minute session.
Compared to other units in the same price-range, this one offers about the same features. If you want more planes of vibration, you’d be looking at a unit that costs $300+.
Overall, I’m very happy with this unit.

To be honest, as a former weight lifter, I was skeptical of this thing having any affect on my leg muscles. But after the first 10 minute session at level 10 on the speed setting, I found myself stepping off after 8 minutes and my upper leg muscles burned for the next 2 hours. The movements are minuscule so I would equate it to doing an 8 minute mile while doing 4 inch baby steps at the pace of a sprint. Doing squats or deep horse stance while on this machine will most certainly induce “The BURN”.
I feel it is a bit pricey for what it is, but it could actually be worth it in the long haul. The noise level is barely noticeable but it does have the capability to shake the house or vibrate things close by depending on how well your house is built or the rigidity of the flooring. Apparently it is capable of connecting to smart devices via Bluetooth, so that one can play their favorite work-out tunes through the built in speakers on the machine, but I haven’t attempted to connect any thing to it for that purpose yet.
The bungee cord resistance bands are a joke and have the distinctive aroma of HFTools products. So one may want to upgrade those right away. It does come with a manual but it doesn’t go into much detail for setup and has absolutely nothing about training regiments with the plate. So basically the end user has to figure it out on their own. I will add that if you feel you have balance issues, you can place a chair or the likes in front of it to help stabilize yourself during the session.

I received my vibration plate two weeks ago and I’ve been using it faithfully twice a day, in the morning and evening at 10min and I’ve notice a big improvement with my circulation and I’ve lost so much inches on my body. I highly recommend this product, I’ve had my gf’s order it too and we are all addicted to this plate. Bye 👋 bye Gym and 👋 Hello vibration plate. A must purchase!!

I have tried a couple of different vibration plates and this one actually works well for a lower price. It was a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but that wasn’t a big deal. I still could fit my size 11 feet on it decently.
The remote works well and is required to operate the machine. The lowest setting is pretty strong, so I usually stick with it. I will try more settings later on once I become more comfortable using one of these.
I like that it supports 330 lbs, allowing for more diverse use. I am bigger and don’t feel like it’s flimsy or that I will break it like I have on another machine.
I’m excited to see what kind of results I get from this as I do notice my leg muscles feeling the burn after a few minutes. My main usage of this is for lymphatic drainage, but I may start incorporating it into my other workouts as well.

Good price, and works like a expected. The levels of vibration goes to 5 but within every level you can grade the power in which it vibrates. The size is pretty comfortable, it is not a mini and I can even sit on it. Very easy to use. And I would recommend it. So, far I can’t tell if it would take my pain away but I tried it on my feet and legs, sitting down does wonders as it gives relaxation. Hope this review helps! Thanks
