I love this under desk bike! With this mat it stays in place under my desk, though roller desk chair moves (I purchased wheel stoppers to help). It was easy to assemble and assemble instructions were easy to follow. It has resistant options and the added arm resistance bands are nice. This bike is the perfect size for you to be able to pedal under desk and not hit your knees (my desk is standard height). This bike has been a great way to keep my legs moving while I work all day. Though I work from home I spend many hours in meetings on my computer and cannot get up and take a long walk as much as I would like. It is very quiet so no one can hear me peddling away during meetings. Great performance so far. I would recommend for others!

It’s a little big but I’m very happy with it. I like the ability to work my arms & legs at the same time. It’s smooth and relatively quiet. I do have to slide back from my desk to use it or my knees would hit, but that’s a small trade off to have a quality piece of equipment. I definitely recommend it.

I purchased this machine to help with rehabilitation following injuries received on both my knee and shoulder. I’ve used it for 20 days and already logged over 200 miles. The machine appears to be well built and assembly is easy and quick. All necessary assembly tools are included. There is a LCD screen on the trip computer which is very easy to view or the operation can be viewed on a tablet or smart phone. The app is simple and straightforward, very intuitive and easy to use. Guided exercise is available where you can track your progress with other users in real time which is nice. What would make the experience better: more courses that run for longer times before repeating. I exercise about an hour daily and keep hearing the same music and seeing the same short courses repeating during my workouts. Somewhat boring! The tension is adjustable but its’ setting is not reflected on the trip computer or Bluetooth app… because of this I do not believe that the results like calories burned or the amount of work expelled are accurate. But for the money, it is a good value for a basic reliable machine and is aiding nicely with my home rehabilitation.

Great product. But the one thing I don’t like is how high it is. It’s hard to actually be able ti do this under a desk or even a table. I have to pull it out everytime I want to use it. Other than that it’s sturdy, solid and gets the job done.

This mini cycle is quiet, smooth and a good weight. The display is clear and easy to read. We use it every day. The resistance is easy to adjust and each grade of resistance is a noticeable change. There are a lot of resistance levels too, more than any other cycle we’ve used. We tried two other mini cycles before finally getting this one , they all were returned due to inadequate weight, faulty display and poor performance. This is easily the best and worth paying slightly more for. The app is good too and does give you an incentive to keep going though the app could do with a few tweaks. We did have to buy a strap to anchor it as it does tend to move during use despite the supplied mat but overall we are very pleased we bought this mini cycle and I do recommend it.

sturdy equipment. I sit and watch TV while using this. very easy to use. I like the handle to carry to use and then put away. pedals are great. adjustable tension and runs smooth. I would recommend this item.
