I got this for my daughter who is wheelchair bound. She cannot move on her own. I got this for her to help her to exercise her legs. It is amazing. It moves her legs for her and she does not complain of being in pain or uncomfortable. I have to strap he feet to the pedals but I made it work. My family and I use it as well. It’s lightweight and the remote makes it easy to control if used under a desk or table.

I got this 2 weeks ago and oh do I love it. I procrastinated so much about walking during lunch or moving around at break time but I find myself sitting for my shift while working from home. It has 3 auto programs or you can use manually. It fits nicely under my desk. I use it during both breaks for 30 minutes each time. This machine has given life to my legs and feet and also serves as a foot rest while not in use. I am over 60 so my circulation in my lower limbs isn’t what it used to be but this really helps. Usually when I’m done with my shift my lower legs and feet are ice cold but not any more! Burns calories! It is also quiet. Highly recommend!

Easy to use. Comes with mat so it doesn’t slide around. No set up. It has a built in handle but is kind of heavy to move around.
