This machine is a good addition to my daily routine. Initially I was lazy to do any exercise but with this under desk unit I do leg exercise all the time while working from home. Very quite and powerful enough. Does not exert you at the same time you get optimum exercise to your leg and knee. I am loving it. It comes with a remote also which makes it even easier to operate. The unit size is just good to accomodate under the desk and it does not take separate space in the room. I recommend to every home to have this unit as it is useful for everyone at home who usually steps out to gym for the same exercise.

This machine has been a fantastic addition to my home office! I love the adjustable speeds, it’s easy to switch between light and intense workouts depending on how I’m feeling. The display monitor and remote control make it super convenient, and it’s so quiet I can use it on zoom calls and no one will notice 😉 It’s also gentle on my knees, making it perfect for low-impact exercise. Plus, it came fully assembled, which was a huge bonus.
One thing to note is that it’s great for me b/c I’m short, taller people (over 6ft) might not be able to fit this under their desk without hitting their knees. That’s not to say taller folks couldn’t enjoy this machine, they just may need to use it in an open space instead of under a desk.

This elliptical machine keeps me exercising my legs while I am sitting at my desk. It has 15 different speeds, and can be pedaled both forward and backward. While it does not require a ton of effort to pedal the machine, it does make my legs and feet in a constant and smooth motion even when I am sitting still. A bonus is that the machine is very quiet. i am very happy with this purchase.

I’ve been using this under-desk elliptical for seven days straight, and it’s been great! It has 15 speed levels and can change direction, which adds variety to my workouts. I got it to help with exercising my knee joint, and it’s been very effective.
Just a tip: avoid wearing heavy shoes while using it for the best experience.

I’ve discovered that using this thing is fantastic for warming up and cooling down before a run. It helps loosen me up and cool me down afterward. The low speeds are perfect for getting my muscles all limber.
It’s also great for using during the workday and not feeling like I’ve just been sitting around all day. It helps prevent stiffness at the end of the day.
The only downside is that it and your legs might not fit under a small desk, like a kids’ desk, but it should be good for most tables.

This leg exerciser is very convenient for me to exercise my legs. I was very lazy to go to gym for the same reason. But now I can use this machine under my desk while working from home. It is very quite and does not exert me at all. The operation is very easy, and moreover, the additional remote control came with it makes it still simpler to operate. The foot print is so small that it can be accomodated under my desk very easily. This machine exercises my ankle, knee, and overall my legs throughtout the day. I got this for my grand parents as a gift. and they love it. I tried using it too and it help get them moving because they cant walk much outside. This elliptical has 15 adjustable speed. I like the fastest as its actually like normal walking. feels very smooth and natural to being outside. its very quiet surprisingly and when you have the tv on. you just sit the machine on auto and it till turn off on it own. What really great is is that there is a remote control, so you dont have to reach down to push the button. there a lot of information on the dashboard. like speed and how many cals you burn.

I bought it since I work from home & dont get enough time to do any kind of exercise. This is so quiet that I can be on a conference call & no one will know the machine is on. You can get speed fromlight range to higher speed workout. Its not too heavy to carry from one room to another. Gets you the movement you need while you do work or watch tv. Easy to use & gives you functions like cal burned, distance, & timed exercise. Great exercise machine.
