Got this elliptical to use while watching tv in order to promote circulation. It’s very smooth has several different modes and goes backwards and frontwards. The remote is really convenient too. So far so good. Came with some accessories however, I do not recommend using the included mat. It smells like chemicals! Took me several hand washes, alcohol and acetone and my hands still wreak of chemicals. Other than that, the machine is pretty good so far. Will update if I run into any issues. I would have posted a video but, I won’t give Amazon access to my storage/photos. They already know too much about me! 🙂

I saw the same type of device on TV. Then I came to Amazon to see what the price was for this TV product. It was almost $300 once you bought all of the add-ons. This Model has all of the extras included for about $100. If you want one, try this one to see if it helps you. Save the $200 difference. I think it is a quality product for what it is.

I liked but bender up hurting my knee I have scar tissue inside knee after knee replacement and I thought this would help but all happened was just irritating my knee sent back
