I got this for my parents who are recovering from surgery and injury and need some extra workout after PT. My dad uses this about every day..he likes the fact you can set the speed movement with the remote and have the pedals go back or forth for exercise and that they move smoothly. There are straps included to help keep your feet firm on the steps. This really is versatile with the many functions you can try out and also with the digital pad that shows,speed, calories and how many turns you’ve done also. There is a sturdy handle for ease to carry also. I only wish that this had a rechargeable battery but you do need to plug in . You could use this without plugging in if you want also. It was no problem putting together from the box. This was a small bit pricey but I researched others and this one fit perfectly floor what we needed it to do.

I use this elliptical in the evening sometimes 3hrs at a time getting in 25,000 to 30,000 steps at the end of the day. Along w a Mediterranean diet I feel great!
