I was having swelling in my ankles as I stand all day doing hair. I now don’t have swollen ankles and I’ve toned up and lost 40lbs. I use this elliptical in the evening sometimes 3hrs at a time getting in 25,000 to 30,000 steps at the end of the day. Along w a Mediterranean diet I feel great! Thanks for such an easy product to use! It does the work for you and it’s super quiet.

We had to return this. We didn’t feel any effort at all. Even the highest setting. And we are senior citizens.

First this was packaged very well, came very protected. Comes with a remote which some may find useful. It has about a 30 minute time, but not sure if you actually get that long or time goes by that fast. It has 4 modes an HR mode where you can increase the speed. P1 which is backwards, p2 which is forwards, and P3 which it changes both forward and back. It does have counters for time, steps, calories, speed and distance. I use the remote it controls everything with a little holder to put it on, or it does have buttons directly on the machine. It also comes with Velcro straps to strap your feet in, but I didn’t find them useful and they kept falling off. Also when turned off, you can still use it albeit it’s hard. And it does beep when using it turned off. But for the price it’s a great product and something I was looking for to keep moving while sitting long hours on the computer.

I got this for my parents who are recovering from surgery and injury and need some extra workout after PT. My dad uses this about every day..he likes the fact you can set the speed movement with the remote and have the pedals go back or forth for exercise and that they move smoothly. There are straps included to help keep your feet firm on the steps. This really is versatile with the many functions you can try out and also with the digital pad that shows,speed, calories and how many turns you’ve done also. There is a sturdy handle for ease to carry also. I only wish that this had a rechargeable battery but you do need to plug in . You could use this without plugging in if you want also. It was no problem putting together from the box. This was a small bit pricey but I researched others and this one fit perfectly floor what we needed it to do.
