I have been using this product for a few weeks, and it has been useful to help me tone my calves at home. Using this machine I strap my step tracker to my ankle and can easily hit my step goal despite being sedentary with my desk job. Easy to use, I was able to take out of the box to plug to use no assembly required. This is not something you can stand on you must remain seated to use this leg exerciser. It does take up a lot of space under my desk but it doubles as a foot stool when not in use to avoid me using shoeboxes. Very relaxing and I have never felt the need to wear sneakers, you can adjust varying speeds, no issues of overheating thus far and even if I am going too fast my legs are not strapped in so its easy to start and stop quickly.

I was looking for magnetic resistance workout. This machine does not provide adjustable resistance. It is nice for range of motion. Especially in the ankles. It will move your feet for you. You can adjust the speeds.

Hello, I purchased this product and started using it and it was fine until I kicked the speeds up from P1 – P2 – P3. With each increase it started making noise, then started wobbling and the left petal started getting loser as if to come out of its socket! I returned for an exchange because I really liked the machine. The second started doing the same thing but even sooner, so I returned it too but this time for a refund!☹️ I will do my research and look for another brand. So sad because I really liked the style and movement. Wish I could’ve kept it!!!😔

It does what it is supposed to do. Smooth running relatively quiet. Just be sure to lube it up according to instructions. Functions very nicely. Could go a bit faster but gets the job done for movement throughout the day. I have had spinal fusion and this is easy on the back and joints while providing needed movement.
