Works great, goes forward/backward, various speeds/settings. Therapist came, measured best position for most benefit to me (had both knees replaced). Doing 30 minutes daily—can feel it working calves, muscles, knees, etc.

Love it! Both spouse and i use it. It seems to help with blood circulation in the legs, works the hip, leg and ankle joints. Depending on the speed you set (using the remote) the workout can be very gently, or more vigorous according to what your joints will stand.
