Not noisy, good resistance settings, I use it sat on the sofa. I use it everyday.
Heavy, but needs to be. Doesn’t slip around. Would recommend.

I bought this to exercise my knees and it works very well, great quality, it’s a heavy duty sturdy piece of equipment that helps with blood circulation in our legs, easy to use and no noise whatsoever, after a week of using it I can already feel an improvement in blood circulation in my legs!

Make no mistake, this is not a lightweight pedal pusher intended to keep your granny’s knees moving. It is can actually do what an exercise bike can do but on a more compact scale. Admittedly if you want the real spin cycle experience and you have the room then a full scale exercise bike of decent quality is perfect but for those of us with limited space at home then this does a very good job.
I bought this item hoping from the reviews that it would be a robust replacement for the exercise bike I had that I broken with my enthusiasm to lose weight. The tension settings on this go up to 8, I am currently on 5 as I am used to cycling but expect to increase soon. And its perfect.
It feels smooth, no grinding or vibration coming through the pedals and it is virtually silent. The resistance feels just the same to me as on a standard spin cycle. I do not use the digital speedometer because I use a fitband so I cannot comment on that .
I would only give as advice that you make sure you are seated in a firm chair, that causes you sit up properly or make sure you are supported to do so by cushions. I use a posture cushion under me as my chair is pretty ropey. You run the risk of getting posture problems and pain otherwise.
So far I have lost 2 stone using this. Its great. I thoroughly recommend it.

I didn’t want an electric version of the leg exerciser because I wanted to use my muscles to move the pedals. I let my wife try it out and she decided to take it to her workplace and put it under her desk. So I bought another for myself and another as a gift.

I just love my new portable under desk or in front of couch in my case elliptical machine!
It was super easy to assemble, took about 10 minutes and it was ready to roll!
The LED screen is bright and easy to read/see. It is very quiet so you can be watching the TV and getting in a little workout at the same time! The dial allows you to adjust the resistance level that feels good to you.
It has something that I don’t’ see on other units very often, ‘Resistance Bands’ that clip into the base/front of the elliptical machine so you can work your upper body/arms at the same time or just on their own!
If you work at your home office or perhaps work in an office, you could place this under your desk and pedal away, getting some exercise while sitting at your desk!

I got the elliptical machine today and set it up immediately. So first off the machine is really quiet and smooth and fits well under my work desk. It’s perfect for sitting and exercising. The problem is when you stand and exercise on it, it bends your ankle too much and can be an issue to balance. The work around is- I turn it the other way around. So the monitor is behind me when I want to stand at my table and exercise.
I have put it exactly like the instructions say and checked it with the video on the product page. Therefore 4 stars just because I have to turn it around every time I sit or stand. So far, and that’s about an hour in, I’m loving it 🙂 . Hoping it’s built to last a while!

I had a problem with this mini bike as one of the pedals was faulty, they sent a replacement pedal, but did not work so sent me a new machine, excellent service from Kylie, the bike itself is very good, I am 60 and use it on 8 which is fine for me, easy to put together takes 5 mins. It is heavyish so does not move while using Anyway would recommend this firm, great service.
