Good and convenient. One caveat- the anti-slip mat provided, slides on a smooth floor surface. Other than that, it’s all good.

The product is very good, firm on the ground and easy to use. The only thing I am criticizing is the fact that the “under desk” bike pedal exerciser is a little far fetched, as the desk must be higher than a normal desks.

Its adequate and I wasn’t expecting a top notch exercise machine so its fine for the price. Even with the anti-slip mat underneath it, the machine still slides a bit and I have to pull it back periodically. For my knees it is at a slightly awkward angle so I end up not exercising as long as I do with the bike at the gym. But it does allow me to use it for 5 minutes here and there throughout the day so I still get my small workout in. Since I am recovering from knee replacement surgery, it does help with aspects of strengthening and endurance, just a little bit awkwardly. Still, I am glad I have it.
