Extremely well packaged, exactly as described. Two issues: (1) sometimes I get a mild shock when touching the handlebar- not every time; like a static jolt. (2) the media holder fits my cell phone but is too small for a tablet. Together these issues are not enough for me to subtract any stars. I love this walking pad! Highly recommend!

Update: WellFit has excellent customer support. They confirm that this is a brushed, not brushless, motor in this model, but they pay extra attention to lubrication to lengthen its working life. I recommend doing a search on brushed vs brushless to see how you feel about that. Brushless motors reportedly have a longer lifespan in general, but this motor seems quiet and strong and I do keep the belt well supplied with silicone which is important with all treadmills.
Also, the title of this listing could be construed as saying that the incline is voice controlled with the app. It isn’t. The incline, claimed to be 3%, is achieved by turning out the front feet. That’s fine, just easy to misunderstand.

I was looking for a solid value treadmill that could do both under-desk walking, and also running, including speed intervals. So many of the walking treadmills only do walking speeds. This one does that very well, and with a top speed of 7.6 mph, it can handle a real running workout. Shock absorption helps immensely; the belt has a nice grippy surface with decent width. You don’t have to use the app, there is a remote and also control console.
One consideration is that the motor is 2.5 HP. Looking around at similar treadmills, it seems like 3 HP brushless motors are quite standard in this price range or even lower. This one does have a slightly higher top speed, and seems to have plenty of power, but it is a brushed, not brushless, motor. I’m keeping track of hours and will note any problems with longevity, or if the motor seems to struggle at all. Noise isn’t excessive, but either way it’s not really an issue for me. It seems very quiet on slow speeds.
I love the folding capability with wheels to roll it out of the way, it’s easy for even a smaller person to handle and it’s easy to get it out and ready to go again. As we all know, if a thing is too difficult to set up, we’ll find a reason not to do it. Or maybe that’s just me.

Had this for about a week now— So far I really like everything about this treadmill. looked at so many other potential options here on Amazon and finally pulled the trigger on this one.
I was looking for a sleeker, minimal treadmill that also had a handle. I’m a busy mom of two so this perfect for a quick jog or walk while I’m watching tv. The phone holder is really sturdy. I sprint on this and my phone doesn’t go anywhere.
Overall fairly quiet. I haven’t had another one to compare but from 1-10, 10 being the loudest I’d give it a solid 4/10. Overall it’s very easy to use, minimal assembly needed. I can take pretty long strides and I don’t feel like I’m going to fall off or anything.

This product is good, it’s really fast for joggers! 🏃💨 It makes you sweat, but it’s quiet when you walk and not too loud when you run. The machine feels like it’s worth more than what you paid for it, and it’s super easy to install and maintain. You even get a 90-day money-back guarantee, which is a great deal! 👍💰 The only downside is that it’s a bit narrow, but that wasn’t a problem for me when I jogged – just have to be a little careful.

Loving this treadmill the Handel folds down and up this comes with workout app you download and Bluetooth it to your phone works awesome just like the outside gym but smaller came bran new packaged was good no damage to this one so am very happy with it 😀

Love this treadmill! I can fold it up and put it away easily, by myself. It has a holder for my phone so that I can watch videos while walking and it comes with an app that can control the treadmill workout sort of like a peliton workout. Loved it so much we bought another for my husband!

As a 240lb man I didn’t think a little treadmil would work for me. It’s amazing I can even run on this and it doesn’t sound like an elephant stampede! It’s not heavy and in my opinion it’s great quality!
