This little thing easily folds up when not in use. Take it out of the box and install in seconds. Anyone can do it. The easy design makes it easy to use in any upright seat. If you use it slowly the slip resistance will stay in place. But once you get the hang of it and start to speed up you will need a mat underneath it to keep in place. There is no noise, nice and quiet, quieter than the sound of riding a bike. Easy to move, less than 3lbs. Purchased for use after a knee surgery, helped strengthen the muscles, relieve tension, increase circulation, and best of all safe to use, the foot pedal has a strap for your feet to stay in place. The pedal counter is an added bonus of motivation to keep improving. 3 months + still going strong with daily use. Definitely Recommend!

I like this little bike. Simple and to the point, no frills, bells or whistles, just pedal. I gave it 4 of 5 stars because the price should be no more than $29.99,; however, I was willing to pay a little more to get it the same day, within 3 hrs. I think they must bake that same day delivery into the $42 buck price I paid for it. The quality is sturdy enough, nothing to write home about, but I’m happy. Does as advertised. Also, lightweight and easily transported, with one hand, from room to room, or outside. This a plus for me walking with cane. The unit is also quiet while peddling and fluid.
One downside is the strap it comes with to keep it from sliding is inefficient and cheap. You will need to supplement that support.
Other than that, I would recommend.

I used the Vaunn Medical Under Desk Bike Pedal Exerciser as part of my physical therapy after my total knee replacement, and it has been incredibly effective. This exerciser is perfect for regaining strength and mobility in my knee.
The electronic display is a great feature, allowing me to track my progress and stay motivated easily. It’s compact and fits perfectly under my desk, making it convenient to use throughout the day. I also appreciate that it can be used for both legs and arms, adding versatility to my workouts.
If you’re looking for a reliable and convenient way to aid your recovery or stay active, I highly recommend the Vaunn Medical Under Desk Bike Pedal Exerciser. It has made a significant difference in my rehabilitation process.

I recently went from a 13 hour on your feet job as an ER nurse to a desk job, as evidenced by my increasing numbers on the scale. I saw a random video that this guy found one a relative had, and just absentmindedly used it while gaming and it helped him drop some weight. So with being desk bound I figured I would give it a shot.
-It’s light
-Super easy assembly, no tools required
-Has a counter that tracks time and calories that shuts off automatically. (I was worried about going through batteries)
-Foot pedals/straps are big enough for tennis shoes
-Comes with a strap you can wrap around your chair to prevent it from sliding away while pedaling
-My desk sits right at 30 inches and I have no problem using it, my knees don’t hit my desk (I am also only 5′ tall so keep that in mind)
-No noise
-Easily adjustable resistance-my favorite feature
Since using it for a few weeks: I have lost 10 pounds (Diet change also involved but not much time for other exercise, so it’s been my real only physical change so far.) My knees feel better, not as much aching or “clicking and popping.” The circulation to my feet has improved-my feet don’t get as cold and the color is better. I know from nursing that they are also recommended by physical therapy, and now I know why. I’ve been telling my patients how easy and great it’s been for me. Definitely worth it.

This does come folded so don’t be surprised at the small marked box. It did not come in a jumbo wasteful Amazon box which I appreciated. Less waste for me to have to figure how to get rid of.
I bought this for 2 severely limited, handicapped people and all of us, me included, have limited arm use at the moment. The description clearly states it is FULLY ASSEMBLED, NO TOOLS NECESSARY. It might not require tools but it definitely is NOT FULLY assembled. The counter device must be assembled and connected. Yes, this was a simple matter to take care of but I’m not a happy camper when website description is deceitful. Three weeks ago I would not have been able to even screw this device on. Fortunately, I can now. I probably would have still bought it if it stated 90% assembled, or that only the counter must be attached and instructions are included with no tools necessary. I would even give the assembly a 5 star as it would have been as claimed. I deleted 1 star for assembly because it is not as stated. I take one star off of husband who said there were no instructions for batteries as he did not turn the instructions over and wasted 30 minutes searching on line for how to do so.
I do love that it folds and takes up less space. Also, rather than go to the trouble of attaching the device to a chair for stability, I like the option of sitting in a chair with the device sitting against an object i.e. hearth, couch, or wall. It will easily move if you are in any slanted position like a laid back wheelchair. It is less likely to move if your are directly above it but that doesn’t happen unless you sit in a chair that the device can go partially under the chair. Properly situating yourself is a must for it’s efficiency. That will take some trial and error. Each person may find a different position is better for them.
As a product straight out of the box, I would recommend, but, I will try to update after mom and husband use this a few weeks. Me, I just need to get on the stationary bike I bought.

For a Single Female Senior, I was delighted that there was next to no assembly required.
