The manual states that the weight limit on this model is 265 lbs. I included a photo with the specifications. I couldn’t find that information in the listing before ordering. Unfortunately, I weigh over the limit, so at this moment I am only able to use it seated; as in, I am seated in a chair, feet on the unit. For now, that works for me as I was only looking to improve my circulation. It was a noticeable difference/improvement for me after a single use. My husband weighs less than the weight limit, so he was able to give it the full standing test. Most of the time, I was pressing the buttons for him on the main unit itself or I was attempting to control the remote control as it was only responding intermittently. It is really difficult for the standing user to see the panel below while using the remote control unless they have a perfectly flat stomach, so keep that in mind. The buttons on the main unit responded flawlessly, which could be challenging for a single-user to bend down safely while this is in operation. The instructions give lots of information, warnings, and limitations. The unit’s rated operation time is 10 minutes. It discusses a lot of warnings about keeping it clean, dust- and oil- free. It recommended that we keep the packaging to re-wrap the unit when not in use. I have never owned a body shaker before, so I don’t know what the reasons are for all the warnings as the unit appears to be fully sealed with a rubberized topper that is comfortable for bare feet to stand on. The rubberized topper should be enough to keep away dust and oil, but the instructions were adamant over proper storage and use with a cover or case. My husband said the vibrations felt weird at first, but he adjusted within 90 seconds and said that it felt good on his spine and hips. I do see us using this in small doses until we understand its effect on our bodies for extended use. The circulation benefits alone are worth it for me as I have some mobility issues that make it challenging for me to stand for long periods of time. Sitting in a standard kitchen/desk height chair with my feet on this unit makes it that the effects are felt all the way up to my hips (because at that height, it raises my thighs off the chair’s edge). It was a welcome circulation boost without vibrating my torso for a beginning user. I can see this being beneficial for anyone just starting out as it doesn’t take up a lot of space and only has controls for speed and length of time before it auto-stops. There is a play/pause button so that you can stop anytime you want. I am giving it 4 stars, because I do wish the remote control was more reliable and I also noticed that the included power cord is loose when plugged into the back of the unit. It is one of those universal non-directional (easily replaceable) cords of which we have many, so we may replace it or try to secure this one for our own peace-of-mind. Even when pressed all the way in tightly, there was more wiggle room than I’d like on a rubberized power-cord. Usually I can feel more grip there. Check out the specifications in my attached photo, which give the weight limits, the unit’s size and weight (to carry), the runtime, and the power/wattage. These are all things that would have been helpful in the listing in advance. At the offered price, I am pleased with what I received because these are usually priced much higher and require more storage room. This is a great, affordable introduction for someone who isn’t sure if a body shaker will be beneficial to them just yet. As beginners, this is perfect for my family’s needs.

This has been a great addition to my morning workouts. I always get some good knee cracks after using it and my back has been feeling amazing. I’m bigger so I wish it was a little bigger, but I do fit and it works great.
