I used to have a much bigger Vibration Machine, so I really like this one because it is much smaller and I can keep it anywhere in the room. It a very light weight, so I can use it and then move it to the side of my table. It have multiple speeds as well and couple resistance bands, so it can add up to the exercise. It’s very stable plate as it has nice rubber legs, so it doesn’t “jump” all over the floor. I like to do a little workout in the morning using this machine because it helps with the lymphatic drainage and overall swelling. It shakes you up pretty well in a very short time. Highly recommend

I’m loving this vibration platform! I wanted to get one for lymphatic drainage and to increase bone density. I’ve also read it’s good for fat loss, improving cellulite and circulation (hope so!). I like the bright clear screen, it’s easy to see & the remote is great too, so you don’t have to bend down to press the buttons. There are programs you can use, but manual mode is also nice to just press start on. It’s also quiet and not heavy at all when I’ve moved it room to room.

I really like the product, I got over adventurous when I first got it, and I went on the highest vibration for 10 minutes and NO NO NO my back hurt so bad haha. anyway I used it at a good speed and Im really liking how im feeling, less join pain and aches. I reccomend
