This Machine Seems To Be Working Good, It’s A Good Quality, It’s Super Cute, My Balance Is Better, I Keep It Plugged In, In My Bedroom So It’s Easier To Just Get In It And Get Through That 10 Minutes! I’m 5’6″ Around 350 Lbs The Size Of This Machine Is Perfect And Stable…I Don’t Feel Like Imma Break It! I’m Glad I Got It!

Cord too short and not as in pictures. Didn’t tell of the contraindications/precautions in the description on line ie; dizziness/ cardiac/retinal detachments ect. Very scary and makes me apprehensive to use this item. Was hoping for something easy to use for better circulation and health.

This is everything I hoped it would be!! Very sturdy and there are multiple exercises you can do, I am beyond pleased with the quality of this product! One thing I will say is don’t overdo it, I pulled a muscle trying to do too much, for me the first speed is as high as I need to go.

My friend had one of these and I would use it when I went over there just to see if I liked it before I was going to purchase one of my own. I got this one and I’ve been using it for a few days easy to use~ I stored underneath my bed so it takes up very little room definitely recommend.

So my parents had a vibration plate and while I was visiting them on holiday I had so much fun “playing” with it. However while I usually come back from my parents a little bit heaver (what can I say mom’s food is divine) I was surprised when I hit weighed myself and I hadn’t gained any weight. I also don’t go to the gym much when I’m at my parents but when I did my monthly body scan at my gym I hadn’t lost any muscle mass either so I became mega converted and decided I needed one in pink. And I love it. For starters I can’t put together anything so I was grateful it came fully put together. It also is so easy to use I can move it anywhere in the room to get the best view of the T.V. and then I can hide it under my bed after. But the stuff that doesn’t matter to anyone. I love the vibration options it has a couple of preset options you can chose but personally I like to put it as high as I can while keeping my balance and doing my workout. It has helped my workouts be so much more efficient and I love it. I also would like to add that my dad bought it for his ruined fascia and it has helped him immensely with both pain relief and improved motion in his ankles.

I am just starting to use this. I use it in a setting position as I am in a wheel chair & can’t stand much right now. As I use this more I will let you know how it works for me. So far I really like it.

I’ve tested huge, pricey machines at home shows. This is the same machine at a reasonable price and size. Very easy to use and I felt great after a simple workout with the resistance bands. My 6 & 7 year old great nieces enjoyed it too. Their mother said it’ll be great with a standing desk. I might surprise her for Christmas with one. I have vinyl floors and I like the suction cups underneath so no sliding. Noise level is low. It can be stored under the bed ,but I’ll be leaving it out. Doesn’t take up much space.
