The machine worked great once I figured out how to use it. The manual is not explicit about setting the various speeds and workout levels. Also, the manual pages that explained basic use were too grayed out to see clearly. A better manual would have raised my score.

This plate seems to work at therapeutic levels like the one at my PT. So far it has helped my chronic foot pain. The remote is convenient and easy to use. The unit is small enough that it is fairly portable and easy to store out of sight. Yet it is large enough that I can stand comfortably on it.

Either item damaged during shipment or cheap product – the flat top is unlevel one side is lower than other- noticed as soon as I took it out of the box. As for the functioning, It is not worth the money . When standing on it the lopsided issue is very noticeable. It seems to affect the overall settings barely gives the full vibration I expected. So disappointed.

Let me say this, this machine is AWESOME! I did my first 10 minutes on to try it out. Once I was done, I felt light and good all over. I had been experiencing gas pains in my stomach. Once off the machine the pain was GONE. It was relaxing and soothing. The ease of operation was on point. The vibration was steady and the modes are versatile. I started in walk mode for first. I tested run mode and it was giving, giving. I have a stair stepper but, it is now pushed under my bed. This is now me GO TO for working out. I have nothing negative to say about this product. Packaging, quality and value all in one.

Its great! Its works and it provides relief to my lower back. It’s easy to move from room to room yet it feels steady and secure when im using it. Instructions are easy to follow and comprehend. The bands it comes with allow me to work on upper strength and I didnt have to purchase separately.

Easy to use, perfect size & not too loud. You can watch tv while you use it. Ive been using it for several months & I believe its helping to lower my overnight glucose spike. Im on level 6 and I do 10 min in the evenings. I use the resistant bands to strengthen my arms as Im on it & I can tell those are working also, my arms are getting firmer & stronger. Im 190lbs & it feels stable even though its a small size. Great buy!

I really like this! It was a gift & love it so much buying one for myself! Colour is great! Low noise. Easy clip hand stretch bands! Easy to use buttons on device, with optional remote! Fair price! You can feel blood moving! It is also stress relief just loosing up tension! Thsnks

I ordered black one and it says speed upto 120 but it doesnt work as it should and size is small too i could not even sit on that as they show in their ad. I dnt think it helps in weight loss

Easy set up, plugged it in put AAA batteries in the remote and used it right after setting up. My Fitbit tracked the activity, gave me my steps and activity. even seems good for cardio too. Looking forward to my session tomorrow.

Arrived quick and securely packaged. No assembly required. Used it immediately and it was great for relaxation and improved circulation. I typically suffer with restless leg syndrome, but I slept great after using this vibration plate. Hopefully it will help with muscle toning and weight loss.
