As someone who WFH, wanted to loosen up my back muscles from sitting at my desk all day. I used a similar type of device at a chiropractor so I have prior experience.
First impression: The remote is white but the device is gold-ish.
Did it meet my needs? Yes and no. The machine vibrates and have different speeds so in that regard it works; it feels like the commercial machine I had at the chiropractor in terms of the vibration. However, it’s also different from with the commercial machine. I understand the importance of standing upright as much as possible when using this type of machine. However, this device is compact and does not have a bar attached to it for you to hold on to so it’s up to you to make sure you stand still or use a wall to support yourself. Additionally, the status display is on the machine and you’re not supposed to look down so i wish the display is on the remote or otherwise have a way to be display high enough where the head does not have to look down. I am not a professional and cannot offer any advice but for myself I will start at very low speed and do very thorough research if I want to explorer to do different things on this machine. The vibration can get strong and I don’t want to hurt myself using it.
I am not sure if I could recommend this to every one. But this works for me as follows. I will be careful with it and make sure I have something to support myself so I don’t fall. I’ll also start with lowest speed and very slowly work my way up and educate myself before doing anything besides standing, I’ll make sure I am focused and stand upright while on the machine. And to make sure I don’t look down, I’ll use my watch as timer and just feel the vibration level instead of looking. I understand that this machine is compact and it’s for personal use and i shouldn’t expect it to have all the features of a commercial machine. I’ll also be careful not to lose the remote because I know it’ll be dangerous to operate the machine directly using the buttons on the machine.

Well, I attached the handles and the very first pull The elastic band broke, snapped back and hit me. Didn’t even really pull it for exercise. The unit itself is extremely wobbly and all plastic thin plastic not impressed. I don’t know that they would have any longevity

The product is true to design and sturdy. Everything came in the boxing great condition. The wrapping was very secure. I just got it yesterday and tried it. I like the product so far. I look forward to using it regularly. It is worth the buy for the price if you are new to vibration plates like myself.
