I’ll admit I was a bit of skeptic. I had seen lots of advertisements for vibration plates. I’d done some reading, knew what to expect with the itchy skin, post use. I landed on this model. I have used it 4-5 times a week. While I haven’t tracked my weight in the week I’ve used it…I am sleeping so much better. It only goes as long as twenty minutes, so the remote comes in handy. If you’re looking to “shake up” your routine, give this plate a try.

I am enjoying this product much more than I even expected. The first time I used it, I could feel tightening in my abs. This vibration plate has been a lifesaver! I’ve just started working out again and this has helped reduce my soreness.
