I love this machine! The remote doesn’t work but the machine is great! It has added so much more mobility to me and my husband. My legs and feet used to hurt so bad after standing on concrete for 8 hrs. Now just 15 mins in the morning on low and 15 at night, I have no pain or jumpy leg syndrome when I l sleep. The only prob I have is now it takes a month to get this machine. It must be very popular now it used to take 2 days to get it . I ordered one for my bestie and one for more daughter. I wonder if I can get this wonderful healing machine any sooner?

MAN i got this in the mail and was really skeptical at first, I didn’t think it’d hold me up but at 400lb it’s doing GREAT and it’s a pretty good workout I really worked up a sweat and my legs felt it.
It’s a little noise but I have hardwood floors (easy fix I’ll get a rug)
It actually relieved pain in my lower back and I wasn’t expecting pain relief but I got it. It’s easy to use BUT you will need to get use to the speed of the vibration, I wouldn’t recommend using for more then a few minutes a day and build up to a full workout.

I have been reading about lymphatic drainage and discovered that many people have had great success using the vibration plates, so I looked at several models and I found this one with great reviews and a weight capacity of 440 lbs. I got it and was not quite sure I was going to get my money’s worth. I absolutely love it. I use it in the mornings before work and again in the evenings before bed. I am starting to see an improvement in my energy level, and my muscle tone. The swelling in my leg has gone down substantially since using this piece of equipment.

I was a bit skeptical about using this product as I assumed it would be a lot of parts that I’d have to put together and it wouldn’t be able to properly handle my weight being a plus sized woman. But I was WRONG! This machine is amazing, makes me feel tingly in all the best ways, and is relatively cheap compared to the machines I saw on TikTok. It is super easy to clean!

This vibration plate worked great, it had low noise, has versatility when it comes to speeds and programed workouts. It was comfortable to stand on, easy to keep out of the way and seemed to help circulation in my legs.

It’s a very powerful and robustly built machine. Received it the next day after ordering. Haven’t used the remote yet – just sit with extending my calfs over it to massage the calfs – which is a great feeling after soccer games.
Turns off after like 30 minutes. Reasonably quiet.
The regime I get when pressing the “play” button is good enough – shakes for 30 min and shuts down. Tried to understand myself how to use different regimes but will probably have to take a look at the manual.
A bit of rubber smell, but nothing too bad – on the 2nd day the smell largely dissapated.
Overall – very impressed as was quite skeptical and therefore bought the cheapest vibrating plate machine in Amazon.ca
Reason for buying – had some sensitivity (almost like pain) in my knees and felt my legaments had to be massaged (shaken) to improve the lymph/blood flow. This seemed to work well.
Placing it on a sturdy chair in front of my seat, while watching Clarkson on Farm serial on prime… cheers!

J’ai commandé ce produit déçu un peux au début je ne comprenais pas toute les informations qui sont en anglais seulement du coup j’ai voulu le retourner je me suis ravisé et fait des recherches plus avancé j’ai donc compris certaines options de l’appareil je ne l’ai donc pas retourné
Pour une perte de poids je combine des exercices de musculations et abdominaux avec plate vibrante et au sol .J’aime le produit car je ne sans plus aucune fatigue dans mes jambes après une séance je constate que la circulation ce fait et me fait un bien fou j’adore 😊 Le seul petit bémol les instructions ne sont pas très clair j’aurais aimé avoir plus d’info et plus d’illustrations d’exercices qui seraient mieux imprimés

I was so excited to get this product it arrived yesterday and it arrived completely broken the box was intact but the product is broken,does nothing but buzz extremely loud and won’t turn off it does not vibrate at all it was a total waste and now I have to go see the hassle of returning this object.
