I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and I do actually feel better. I feel like it may be tightening my muscles, but I think I need to be doing this a little longer. It is easy to set up and you can adjust times and strengths. Take time to google some videos about how the plate works you can use it multiple was.

Vibration plates list a lot of benefits. I’m not sold on the benefit of weight loss and have not experience it as of yet, but I have only been using for a couple of weeks. This has a solid build and doesn’t struggle at all vibrating with 200 lbs standing on it.
Pros: Quality build with over 100 distinct vibrating speeds. It has five presets that varies the speeds automatically over a ten minute period. Has manual settings to pick your own speed and time. Display is very bright and easy to see except for the tiny labels. Has a remote control so you can start and stop while standing without having to bend down.
Cons: The two biggest cons for me were the short power cable and the display features are not very intuitive. There is a segmented line that fills in as it is running that isn’t described. I am guessing it is a 10 second interval but doesn’t align with the timer. It also estimates kilometers based on the settings but has no way to convert to miles which is a huge miss as I have never used any device that didn’t allow switching between the two.

First off , I have 3 different models ,each one has different settings on how high the vibration goes. This one goes up the highest to 120 ,others go to 99 .
That being said they all do the job very well.
So I tried these vibration machines to ease or shorten the pain on my workouts.
YES these vibration machines do help, one day I overworked my legs and next day I was hurting so I decided to go on he vibration machine and it help immensely, and I mean immensely, not just a bit but a lot where pain was almost gone .
So now I use these machines before and after a run \walk and weight lifting.
I don’t care what anyone says, they do help, are there better and crappier machines out there, yes, but that’s up to you to do your own research on which one fits your budget.
As for weight lost , I doubt it very much (I don’t use for weight lost and I’m not overweight) ,but for lymphatic drainage and muscle aches it is a BIG YES !

To think, I was actually worried this Vibration Plate by Hotsweat would be too weak. It is quite the opposite. Even on the lowest, slowest setting I can figure out, this thing shakes your money maker. I have to work up to using it, especially when seated. I am at a desk ten hours a day at work and between that and the COVID slowdown, my muscles are a bit sluggish. I thought this would get them moving and it sure does. Sadly, the instruction manual is nearly useless so I will have to update this review as I discover more things on my own. For now, know that it weighs about 15 pounds and has a short power cord, so it is best to find a place for it to remain. There is a power button on the front side that puts it on standby and then you turn the power button on top as well to get it moving. I have not completely figured out the options on the remote or what the automated settings actually entail, but will come back and post when I do. Even at the lowest setting, it vibrates a great deal. You can feel it less while standing on it and moving to the different positions listed in the booklet. My legs feel energized after use, but it is too soon for any weight loss to result.

My chiropractor recommended that I get a vibration plate for a multitude of reasons and benefits. I have been reluctant as the one he recommended was soooo expensive (more than 3 times than this one!) . I saw this one and figured I would give it a try as $150 is a good price – if it works….. and boy does it work!!!! This one has some POWER behind it! Even on low, I was able to feel the vibrations! It’s still too new to me whether it has any fat burning qualities to it, but in just a week, I have noticed a difference with overall circulation and improvement in my legs (lymphedema). I started slow with the 1 minute, then 5 minutes and now up to 10 minutes. I especially like to use it after the gym or long days where my feet are just tired as I do feel relief with tension and muscles. You will need 2 AAA batteries for the remote (not included) but can use without the remote as well. Power cord is only 3 feet long, so you do need to have an outlet relatively close. Nice sturdy rubber feet hold well on my laminate flooring without any damage! The massage bumps are nice and rounded. Pretty light aqua color. Very happy with how powerful and beneficial this has been!

I got this machine to add some difficulty to my workout routine and to help engage more muscles. The first few times I used it it did add a little something to my lunges, squats and planks but my body quickly adjusted even on higher speeds. I workout at least 5 days a week and do pole, aerial hoop, silks, rock climbing and pilates so maybe this is why I just felt this didn’t do as much as I had hoped.
BUT one day I got on it after a really long and strenuous pole session and OMG did this help to melt away the some of the soreness. Coupled with a sauna steam afterwards and I was in heaven. So for me, it’s more about using it to recover after workouts.
It also helps my kids when they need some proprioceptive input throughout the day. It helps the re-center and get focused to do their homeschool assignments.

The unit works, But the controller does not work. Tried 2 sets of batteries.

I was a little skeptical of these. It seems too good to be true, but two of my friends became obsessed with theirs, so I decided to give this a try. I walk an average of 15,000-20,000 steps a day and do light Pilates but little other exercise. This was noticeable in my muscles the evening of and day after each use. Really weird sensation, but it seemed to give me an ongoing energy boost too. It didn’t magically shake me skinny. Maybe that benefit is still coming.
