Pro: my age is 70 plus…it is heavy and will not slide around which also means to heavy to carry it around. I have it under my computer desk & it stays there. The app is on my Samsung tablet & is helping me get going in my morning routine. I wished that I had purchased this before.
Hint: If you cannot use the vivefit app use TV commercials which can last almost 10 min
to time how long to peddle.
Also if you gave a Fitbit watch use the exercise ‘spinning’.

Arrived promptly and was well packaged-best part. BAD: Very hard to assemble as instructions weren’t great and item is quite heavy to lift and turn. Also, oddly shaped pieces that go in front of the screws that attach to main frame cause it to still not look all the way attached. It is assembled, but I notice that the footing moves around constantly, you have to be careful if you move it around the room to a new position. With the price point-they could have included the 2-AAA batteries at least to get you started. I had to wait until I could order batteries to try and use. Then, I get to the hard plastic straps. I was not even able to attach these to the pedals on either side – tried numerous times. It would have been better if these had already come attached to the pedals. Getting to the pedals, very hard for someone with arthritis to try and attach. Pedals were more complicated than they needed to be. Now, after set-up: Nothing special as the screen display is only light enough for me to see prompts in daylight. I hate that I took the time to assemble and handle this heavy item, as I will be sending back for a refund and find something else of better quality. Other than the items I pointed out that were bad, it is good for exercising your legs if you have mobility issues.

The instructions were a tad confusing at first, but easy to put together. Had slight issues with the app and trying to record exercise sessions but just have to enter it manually. Other than that, it works great, I use it watching TV and folding clothes. I also use it for my arms.

Great exercise machine: so quiet user can’t hear it, easy to assemble and easy to use daily. It is 21 pounds, so it’s very stable. Recommend!

Love it. I had a knee replacement on the left knee and am waiting to have yo right one done. I am using the machine to help strengthen my legs, get some good low-impact exercise.

I specifically wanted a peddler not an elliptic. I also wanted something that connected to my Android phone. After research, I decided on this one. I gave it a 5 because it met my criteria and I like the magnetic resistance. I’d downgrade my score for a couple issues if they overpowered the good part. 1) The app is very limited on what it records and does not sync with any other fitness apps. 2) the tension wheel turns very hard. Maybe it’s my RA that limits my turning it. 3) After only a couple weeks, the pads on the bottom of the ‘feet’ are slowly shredding. That wouldn’t happen on carpet or on a pad like a yoga mat. To their credit, since Vive doesn’t have the pads to provide separately, they gave me a credit to purchase some on my own. All in all, I use this daily for cardio and for that purpose, it’s great.

1. If the app is important to you, do that first to make certain it pairs. 2. The instructions are wrong. The wider leg brace goes on the handle end. You will see that the bolt holes line up. 3. If needed, grab the rubber feet to rotate them into the correct position. To move it, use two hands – one on the handle and one underneath – to distribute the weight better. Sturdy and stays put initially, then it “creeps” we purchased dycem to go under feet & that helps.

We really like this product. I am able to use in my home office in addition my husband is using to support his on going physical therapy for his full knee replacement. I was very easy to setup and very easy to adjust all the levels. Would definitely recommend
