I was looking for treadmill/walking pad that I could use to get in more steps. I can only walk before or after work and as you can guess, that is when it is dark outside. My husband does not like me walking by myself. After researching I chose this unit. It has a bar, which though I don’t hold it makes me feel safe. It has the safety clip in case you trip, it will shut off. The screen showing your stats is large & easy to read. The controls on the bar are also clear and easy. Also, the remote control is magnetic and attaches to the bar. You do not have to hold it. Another factor is that it is quiet. I think I can use it while watching TV with the hubby. As for seller’s customer service, I reach out asking a question before and after and got a response within 24 hours. They don’t leave you hanging.

For all those people who are debating about purchasing this product or not, I will say that YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT HANDS! The product was delivered on time and with all care. I had a personal concern that I advised to the seller and received a response within 1 business day. The seller was nice and provided a couple of options for solving my problem. Therefore, in case if you have any questions, you can always advise them to customer support and you will get help.
Overall, the product is exactly how described. The only thing that I would like to mention is that if you try to put it completely flat on the floor, the treadmill still will be slightly tilted and will have a small incline. However, I was looking for a compact home treadmill with the greatest incline (compare to other similar models) therefore, for me it is not an issue. Since incline makes you loosing more calories.

It works great. I love it. I had ordered two others of a different name brand and had to send them both back, because of loud noise on one and the other one wouldn’t turn off. So Im so pleased with this one. Plus it’s very easy to move around and the bar easy to go up and down. I definitely recommend this walking pad.

Bought this after my big NordicTrack treadmill finally stopped working. It arrives 99% assembled. Just had to unbox, lubricate the belt and attach the tablet stand. It does not come pre-lubricated, and none is included in the box, so make sure you have some on hand during setup.
I love the more compact size of this machine and that I can move it from room to room without disassembling. The walking deck is shorter and narrower than a “full sized” treadmill, but still adequate for my daily walks. The speed settings seem accurate. The belt is a bit noisier than my full-sized unit, but not terrible. The only “con” is that the power cord is really short. I have to use a long-corded surge protecter to position the unit where I want it in the room.

I researched for weeks treadmills in my price range and decided on this one; I’m so glad I did, and was not disappointed!
If you are on the hunt for a treadmill, I recommend this for sure.
It’s compact compared to gym equipment, but works just as good, and what I really enjoy is not having to leave the house, pay for a membership, or miss days of fitness, because the weather isn’t suitable to walk outdoors(NO EXCUSES)!
PROS:
•Not cheap feeling, very sturdy
•Love the large display at the top of the belt
•Stows away easily when I need it out the way(but it is a good size to stay up the majority of the time)
•Took me a minute to figure out the incline(my slowness) I wasn’t sure if the kick-out stand would be sufficient where I would notice a difference. Don’t be mistaken, the incline works awesomely and you can definitely tell a difference when you use it!
CONS:
None, hopefully I can say this a couple years from now.
Also, spoke with the seller a couple of times regarding warranty clarification and they responded timely.

I did a lot of research before purchasing. I chose this one because of the speed, motor power , easy storage and incline option. Upon arrival , it came sooner than expected and was easy to setup in minutes (ready in minutes- just unpack) it is very sturdy, pretty quiet and you can download app for workout options. I did not see warranty card so I emailed customer service and they responded within a few hours and just needed the order number. Satisfied and highly recommend

Après 10 jours d’utilisation en tapis de marche rapide, je suis ravie de mon achat. Il est maniable et se range très bien sous le canapé. Le fonctionnement est simple et clair. Le support tablette ne sert pas a grand chose car rien ne tient avec les vibrations mais ce n’est pas important pour moi. Je craignais un peu qu’il ne soit pas assez long (je fais 1,74m) mais la longueur et largeur sont parfaites. Pas très bruyant en soi (ce sont les pas/foulées qui le sont). Il semble robuste, à voir dans la durée. Livré dans les délais. Bon rapport qualité/ prix !

I am so pleased with this walk pad. I wanted something to get more daily steps in and burn more calories. It is very quiet and I can still be in the room with everyone else while watching tv without distracting from it. It’s very sturdy for how compact it is. My husband is 280lbs and he said it was very stable for him. I have the incline flipped out on it for extra calorie burn. It was very easy to set up. The calorie/time/distance display on the front of the pad itself is very readable and cycles between each mode every few seconds. The controls are easy to use and I like that it has a sturdy handle with a place for your phone or tablet. I did a lot of research before making this purchase and I am so totally pleased with this for the price it fit all the check boxes:

Montage plus que simple car quasiment rien à monter si ce n’est le support tablette à encastrer sur la barre amovible!
Tapis ultra silencieux et sa télécommande magnétique plus qu’appréciable et tellement pratique!
Je suis fan de ce tapis compact mais robuste à la fois et au désign élégant…

Je cherchais un tapis de course solide et facile à ranger et je l’ai trouvé.
1-Arrivé très bien emballé et prêt à l’emploi.
2- surprise par les matériaux et la solidité de l’appareil vu le prix plus que raisonnable pour un tapis de course.
3- facile à bouger grâce aux roulettes.
4 – touche de commande au niveau de la barre qui rend l’utilisation facile. Il y aussi des programmes pré installés. La télécommande est un vrai plus.
5- l’écran au sol qui nous permet de voir où nous en sommes.
6- on peut poser notre portable sur la petite tablette ce qui nous permet soit d’écouter de la musique soit regarder un film.
7- Le fil de sécurité qui coupe le tapis dès qu’il est arraché.
8 – pas bruyant ( bcp moins que les tapis en salle de sport)
Moi qui suit déjà habitué au tapis de course en salle je suis ravie de cette achat. J’ai mon tapis à domicile que je glisse sous mon lit sans
effort.
Petit conseil : bien lire le manuel pour l’entretien et le réglage du tapis. Tout comme un tapis de salle de sport il faut en prendre soin si on veut le garder le plus longtemps possible. Le manuel est clair et il nous donne tous les conseils d’entretien et la fréquence.
Si vous cherchez un tapis solide et pas cher c’est celui ci qu’il vous faut.
