What I wanted was a high quality treadmill, and I was happy with it. It’s quieter than expected, and I like that it’s by far the lightest weight of its competitors, which makes it easier to maneuver. I put it on a furniture slider so I can slide it onto the carpet under the stairs when not in use. I am happy with my purchase and would definitely buy again!

Bought to use in my office but I don’t have a standing desk to work with so took it home and it works pretty quietly and helps me get to my daily 10k steps! Didn’t come with the remote initially but the seller sent a replacement super fast…really appreciate it!

We ordered the Deer Run Treadmill through Amazon due to its Compact size and ease of storage. We were pleased that the treadmill arrived promptly, the day after placing the order. Great customer service. We were pleased with the weight capacity and enough stride room for my 6 Foot tall husband. The structure is very solid under your feet.
We would recommend this treadmill on those factors.

My wife has loved this walking pad. It was easy to set up and get running. After about 9 months it started to make a strange noise. I contacted the Deer Run customer service group. They had me send them a video so they could see and hear what was going on. It took no more than a few days and a few emails, they determined it couldn’t be repaired and it was within the 12 month warranty period so they just shipped us a brand new one! The new one has been working well so far, I really appreciated how easy they made the process.

This walking pad is exactly what I was looking for. The fact that the weight capacity was 300lbs clinched the deal for me. So far I have had no issues and looking forward to getting my steps in. It’s well built and sturdy. If you have pets and experience a lot of shedding I suggest purchasing a walking pad cover. Customer service went above and beyond to answer my questions and settle any concerns. Would definitely recommend to others

This size is exactly what I am looking for. I have a relatively small home office, but it is very suitable for my standing desk. I’m worried that the narrow walking space will make it difficult for me to walk comfortably while continuing to work, but that’s not a problem. I am also concerned about noise and whether it will become a problem during work or meetings. This obviously sounds like walking on a treadmill, but even at higher speeds, the sound is not very loud. I usually wear noise cancelling headphones during calls, so I hardly noticed. So far, I haven’t had any complaints.

We like the appearance, sturdy, quality construction and feature. We did not like the manual instructions and diagram for installation steps. Step 07, diagram 04 is was confusing on how to tighten the quick-release wrench to hold or lock the column. The little metal tool diagram imposed on the treadmill picture made it confusing as if you needed the tool to tighten. The diagram and language used for tightening the column should be changed since you only need to hand turn the so called quick release wrench by hand by lifting and turning the latches one turn.. Better to use a better name for the black latches on either side of the column instead of calling them wrench.
I called customer support to send me a video on installation and how to tighten the wrench. Support emailed an email and video that showed how to tighten.

Works like a regular size treadmill. I like the remote. When you want to stop push, pause on the remote and when you want to start walking again, it give a countdown before it starts so you can ready. It does not have an emergency stop. It is shorter and seemed slimmer than traditional treadmills, but I think I can get use to that . It’s not too loud. So far, I am happy with it.
