Levi Thompson –
I use this under my desk while I work from home. Since I started I’ve increased my step count dramatically and I’ve hardly even noticed! It feels good to be moving more. It is lightweight, durable and portable and fits easily under the bed when I want to show it away. The belt is easy to adjust and the instructions are clear. I was able to take it out of the box and just plug it in! Highly recommend!!

I was excited for this to arrive and I was also a little bit curious. I’ve had a few treadmills over the years. All of them bulky, extremely heavy and usually noisy. I’m excited to have something I can walk on while watching a show or listening to music without needing my earbuds or having to crank the volume up to some crazy level. That may be my favorite part right now. I also love that it slips right under my couch and it’s light enough I can pull it back out in my own.
The remote works as it should. Pressing stop will slow it down before coming to a complete stop. It is responsive and I didn’t feel like it was ignoring any of my presses. The digital display is also as expected and seems to be accurate. I’m really happy with this purchase and I highly recommend.

I already had a standing desk, but rarely used it because standing still for long periods was hard on my back. A co-worker told me that her nutritionist recommended walking after meals and that led to a conversation about under-desk treadmills. I did lots of research and decided on this one, and so far I love it. I’ve only had it for a week, but so far my steps per day have increased quite a bit. I have found that even if I only walk for 20 minutes a few times a day, it really makes a difference.
A few things worth noting:
– It’s plug and play, comes fully assembled and you just plug it in.
– I chose this one because I wanted an incline. The incline is VERY subtle. I leave it inclined all of the time, and while I’m glad it’s an option I’m not sure how much of a difference it’s making.
– While it sounds somewhat loud in the video, I recorded a video for a colleague via Slack on my laptop, and my colleague said that she could not hear it at all in the background. I believe the iPhone speaker picks up a lot more of the noise than a computer mic or headset does. The noise really isn’t a problem (aside from the beeping, but that’s only when it starts and stops).
– It has a bluetooth speaker, which I somehow missed when I ordered it, but it’s a fun feature if you want to listen to music while you walk. I don’t believe the volume can be adjusted (outside of the device you’re playing from) however.
– I have found that I can easily reply to emails and do basic computer tasks at 3.5 mph, but I probably wouldn’t go higher than that unless I didn’t need to use the computer.
– I am 5’10” and don’t have any problems with this not being long enough for my gait. It’s the perfect size.
– I adjusted the belt drift as stated in the instructions on the first use and it seems to have worked well. The belt seems pretty well centered now and has stayed that way.
I have truly found this to be life changing, I was doing SO much sitting during my work days at home and this is revolutionary. Highly recommended.

I bought this for my home office for use with my standing desk.
Pros:
– No assembly required! I was stoked about this. You just pull it out of the box and plug it in.
– Lightweight. Its heavy enough that you can tell they used quality materials, but carrying it upstairs to my office was easy and moving it around the room isn’t hard like it would be with a full size treadmill.
– Solid construction. I’m a pretty big guy and despite this treadmill not being super heavy, it feels very solid under my feet.
– Good speed range. It goes from 0.6-4.0mph. The slower speed is good for computer work, while the faster speed is good for reading emails and making phone calls.
– Remote. The remote works great and does everything you’d want it to. It also comes with an extra battery!
– Display. While using it, the display is large enough to be able to see clearly.
– Quiet. This was huge for me since I’m using it both for work and make lots of phone calls. It’s quiet enough that no one is going to hear it when I’m on the phone.
– App. I haven’t used it yet, but it comes with an app that allows you to sync with your treadmill and track workouts.
Cons:
– none yet.
The only thing I’ll mention is that I use it upstairs, and although it’s not loud in the room, you can hear the thudding of me walking on it from downstairs. However, I’d have this issue with any treadmill. Just something to take into consideration if you’ll have people below you when using it.

This works well and is low profile for under-desk use. It’s relatively easy to maneuver but still hefty enough that it doesn’t feel cheap or weak. The only issue is that there is not a pause button, just “Stop” which deletes your distance/time and resets to zero.
If you pause to take a call, go to the bathroom, get more coffee – and you don’t want to lose your metrics, you have to keep it running while you leave.
