I’m using this to time projects for billing purposes. It is very simple in its operation. I power it on, start the timer when a project commences, stop it when the project concludes, then read the time for entry into my records.
Not the typical use for this device, but it works! It is very lightweight. I have not tested the waterproof feature. Perhaps if I commence a project while at the beach, or in the pool, I’ll get around to that. In the meantime it just does what I need.
And for anyone wondering, the battery is replaceable.

This watch works well. I mostly use the basic function of a timer. The display is large and easy to read. It does go off very quickly, and is a little bit annoying to try to check it and the display has gone off again.
It’s comfortable to hold. It is a bit chunkier than many basic stop watches. The housing is plastic with smoothe edges.

Usually people buy stopwatches for keeping track of lap times, records or really any sort of personal best– what I’m using this stopwatch for is physically tracking how much time I spend working on art. I’m a professional artist and I’ve been trying to cut down on idling and looking at my second screen whenever I’m making art, and something like a stop watch has helped me achieve that. I’ve kept records of every session I draw, pausing and resuming the timer every time I idle, and this stopwatch works like a dream. Buttons are large and satisfying to press and allow me to quickly, and lightly, tap pause when I find myself drifting from work.
On and off is a hold, which can be annoying at first but after getting used to it, this budget stopwatch is probably my favorite tool as an artist. Keeping track of time allowed me to cut down my art from 8-10 hours a session down to 6-8 thanks to internalizing my diddle daddling!
Oh and it for sure is waterproof, found that out by mistake!
