If you’re only wanting a treadmill for light exercise, then this works just fine. If you’re wanting a more vigorous workout, such as a jog or a run, I would look elsewhere. Anything over 2.5mph and the belt starts sliding to the right. I’ve shown in the video where the belt has started to deteriorate because of this. Also, while the buttons on the side handles work, it gets to be confusing at times because they both are labeled as “speed”, but one is for speed and the other is for incline, also shown in the video. Overall, it’s not terrible if you’re just trying to up your step count while watching TV or something, but I don’t recommend it if you’re looking to work up a sweat. Unfortunately my treadmill doesn’t get much use because of this. I like to feel I accomplished something after my workouts, and this treadmill doesn’t do that for me since I can’t go too fast without destroying the belt.

It’s sturdy which makes me feel safe working out on my treadmill. Stability was important for me as a heavy person who weighs over 200lbs. Also I’m able to roll it out then use the folding feature to store it in the corner.

I have been using a cheap treadmill I bought in 2019. It was a great treadmill that last five years and helped me train for a marathon but was starting to break down. I spent the last year trying to find a treadmill within my budget. I wanted a treadmill with more bells and whistles. I found this one and got a good price.
It was heavy getting in the house but set up was really easy. Folding it up is easy but I am still getting used to moving it around.
The first time I used it was great! So quiet and the screen info was amazing. The second time was not so great, the speed but on the handle stuck and the treadmill sped up so quickly I had to pull the safety key. That happened twice. I emailed customer service with the email they provided in the manual and they responded within hours. Sent me a new button within days of communication. I installed it and have had no issues.
Very impressed with the customer service! And I do love the treadmill too.

For context I have been active my whole life up until a last year when life events caused me to neglect cardio. I’m talking 10+ years of gyms, cross country, weights, sports, etc. In other words I know my way around equipment and what is right for me.
I have been looking for a simple treadmill just for incline walking and decent speed. When I found this and read the reviews I thought I found something a good mix between quality and affordability. It arrived in good condition, although the box had a few dents a holes, but the actual treadmill looked fine after opening.
However I immediately noticed the belt had wear on the right side, and there was chipping under the belt on the left side. This was odd as the packaging appears to be sealed properly and no other signs of prior use.
Despite this I assembled it (which was easy) and did a simple 30 min speed walk at max incline. The first 25 min was fine, but then it started skipping consistently. Before my next workout I made sure the belt was adjusted and there was no loose debris. Sure enough the same workout was fine until the end, but this time the damaged belt started to catch on the right side causing horrible slipping, I almost fell off!
I tried a third time walking at a fast pace but no incline. This time the belt completely stopped once I stepped on it. I decided that was enough and started the return process. I hope for the sake of other this was isolated and there aren’t more like it, as a slipping belt is dangerous if you are running.

I bought my treadmill back in Feb and it stopped working in May. I had been in contact with Vivian in customer service, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Through video, we found out that the issue was the motor. I had issues installing the new motor, but Vivian was there to help. I still had issues with the treadmill, but customer service made sure to exhaust every avenue with this issue. I appreciated the patience the most. I am someone who is not handy and needed a lot of help. I am geeatful Vivian took the time to help see this through with me.

I needed a treadmill that would me my fitness needs but still fit in my small space and this treadmill met those requirements for me. It was super easy to set up and easy to fold up and move out of the way, but still provides me with a suitable walking surface. The belt and incline adjustment operate smoothly and on demand. The deck is a bit shorter, but works great for me at 5’4″.

I’m a large guy (6′, 330lbs) and spent a while trying to find a treadmill that had a high weight capacity, strong motor, auto incline, that also wasn’t really expensive. I was close to giving up and just buying a more expensive “commercial” size treadmill. Fortunately I came across this one and decided to give it a try and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and it’s exactly what I was looking for.

I purchased this treadmill recently and it’s absolutely perfect. The setup was very easy, I was able to assemble it on my own. The treadmil does not take up alot of space the quality is great and lot too loud. I’m really happy with it and geat a great little workout every time. I definitely recommend this product and it’s great bang for your buck.
