   I gave the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 to my mother, and it’s been a fantastic product so far. The battery lasts a long time, and it has great features. Highly recommended!

   What a great surprise how good this is! I’ve used both a Garmin and now replaced a Fitbit and this is superior, especially to the Fitbit, which could not be read in sunlight! This has everything I need/want and works flawlessly. The app may not be as sophisticated as FB but again is easy to use and works! I highly recommend. Thanks!

   There are a lot of things about this watch I like- the screen is nice and big but the watch is pretty small profile on the wrist. All messages have been coming through almost immediately as well as WhatsApp. I also like the way the swipe works. I find that it doesn’t get all messed up like my fit bit. I also like the options for the different faces. When I tilt my wrist, it automatically wakes.

   Now for the bad part. I bought this watch to replace my FitBit for tracking steps. It was tracking so low that I bought a Fitbit Inspire. I have been wearing both to compare. Today, this watch clocked 2371 steps. My FitBit tracked 8322. This is a HUGE difference and since I am really looking to track steps, I will probably use this as my backup watch.

   First of all, let me tell you that I have been a loyal user of Xiaomi Mi Bands since the Mi Band 5. I had great experiences with versions 5, 6, and 7. However, this version 8 is just terrible. It no longer works with the Zepp Life app; instead, you have to use the Mi Fitness app, which has fewer features and more bugs.

   Now onto the hardware issues. It started by missing my sleep tracking, either not registering some nights or only partially registering. Now, it only tracks my 30-minute afternoon nap. The step count is off by at least 20%, which is quite bad. This past week, it stopped recording my heartbeat altogether. No matter the position or how tight I wear it, it just says I’m not wearing it.

   If that wasn’t enough, now it consumes over 25% of the battery per day. I’ve tried restarting, resetting, unpairing, etc., but the issues persist. Unfortunately, I’ve missed the 30-day return window, so it’s going to the garbage. My recommendation is to either stick with version 7 or find another option.

   After being a loyal FitBit customer, I decided to try something different after a lot of frustration with my Charge 5. It keeps shutting down during the day, even with >90% battery. The Fitbit customer service is always helpless wasting so much of my time to resurrect it. After reading many reviews I decided to give this watch a try, and I’m so impressed. Not only cost 1/3 of the Fitbit Charge, but this Xiaomi is a much better product:
   – Better screen, vivid colors and high luminosity
   – Much faster, at least 3X faster than the Fitbit on scrolling and using the watch
   – More options
   – Better App. The app is minimal but with everything you need. I can also monitor my heartbeat during my sleep, a feature that is considered “premium” on the Fitbit = monthly subscription

   After a week I bought another one for my wife with a nice fancy metal band.

   Summary: very recommended, best value for money for this category of smart watched.

    It’s a perfect watch and health tracker for the price. If you’re looking for something to track your activity and sleep, then I would strongly recommend this. They even have an alarm on the watch that buzzes and that has saved me from being late to school when I forgot to set my alarm on the phone. They also have a flashlight option that brightens the watch screen, and a camera option so with your phone, it gives you a 3 second countdown and it’s very useful.

    Has all necessary functions of a smart watch: Notification, alarm, measurements of heart rate, sleeping, activity. It also shows the time which is a big plus. Most smart watches (also high end) do not have an always on display and are therefore basically useless for real world use as watch.
    The price is remarkable for the value. The product is waterproof, at least it did show any issue when I used it for swimming and diving in my pool (shallow, just 10 ft of depth).

    Verdiğiniz parayı göz önünde bulunfurunca, yaptığı şeyler muhteşem geliyor. Batarya günlerce gidiyor. Unutmayın, o çok pahalı saatler her gün şarj gerektiriyor ama bunun öyle bir sıkıntısı yok.
