This Yaheetech excercise bike is very good value, it is ultra smooth and very easy to assemble, my son assembled it as he is a strong young man, and the video of how to assemble it is very good and very easy to follow. The instructions are also simple to follow.
It is very well constructed and very good quality.
My GP advised me to get one as I have a heart condition, and have lost a lot of quad muscle.
I am very pleased with it and when my son assembled it he was very impressed so I ended up buying another one for him.
I would definitely recommend it and it is ideal for anyone who needs excercise but can’t or don’t like walking especially in the winter.

not really suitable for a short person – I am 5′. Its very hard to get your legs working properly and the handle bars are far too forward for my arms which means my back is hurting alot when using the bike. the saddle seat is the most uncomfortable seat I have ever sat on. I would not recommend this bike for short people. the bike itself is solid so no problems there. My previous bike was much more suited for my size
