Works great it’s quiet smooth you put a little oil down on the wheels that they don’t make any any noise nice and smooth quiet I use it sitting down right now because of my knee I had a total knee replacement so now I am trying to get my knee back into shape And my leg back into shape and so far I have no complaints

The elliptical is well built and has a very sturdy construction. Assembly was fairly quick and easy to perform. Using the machine is another story. It is difficult to step/pedal while standing, even with no resistance applied. It is difficult to keep your balance. I tried using it while sitting on my couch. I was not at the correct height. A kitchen chair worked a bit better. Still need to experiment with it. I purchased it to be used with a standup desk setup.

I need to have knee replacement but first need to lose weight. I put this under my desk and did 5 miles the first few days. It works fantastic without impacting my knee!

Holy moly this is amazing.! Great way to get steps/ burn calories and keep working. Precisely what I wanted. Smooth ,quiet and effective. I used to pace the hallway at lunch to collect my steps. Now I move and grove while I work & lunch . Intensity levels add for the extra burn. Really feel it in my hips, thighs ,arse and belly. Hot dog my fat upper “purring” area is sure to slimmer down soon enough. I am 5’7 and no, I do not bash my knees on my desk.

This one you make it move yourself. It is not electric. So it is harder to use and makes you work more. The bad thing is you have to sit in a straight chair instead of a comfy one. You have to sit forward in the chair.

I bought this sitting elliptical for my husband and find I enjoy using it as well. It duplicates the movements that physical therapy gave me for arthritic knees and flexibility. I sit and peddle for as long as I want while watching the morning news. I also like the fact that I can dial as much or as little tension as I want. And I like that the machine is not moving my feet for me. I am actually building my own muscle and strength. Good product. I have already recommended it to my brother and a couple friends.

I love this machine. It’s sturdy, quiet, and very effective. However, not even four months of daily use, one of the wheels has cracked and is disintegrating. It’ll be virtually unusable soon.
