The watch was easy to setup. The instructions are clear with step-by-step illustrations that make it easy to follow. As far as the waterproofing, ran water over the watch from my shower to simulate a heavy rain, as well as submerging it in the tub. It stood up fine to that. Have had a chance to test it in salt water yet, but it seems promising.
I would rebuy this as a gift.

I bought this watch for my boyfriend who is a Dive Instructor. He took it with him on a dive 30 ft … when he came back to the boat it continued working for maybe 4 hours before the dials stopped working completely although the product description says you can take the wat up to 100metres, you cannot. Cheap buy but no worth the buy.

Seems better than the $20 watch you can get at WalMart. After about a week and a half I noticed that the analog portion was about 4-5 hours behind the digital. I’m monitoring it again for another week to see if it is the watch or one of my kids playing with it. Holds up well in the water. It makes an interesting buzzing sound when using the light to see the digital portion in the dark.
