Item gives great value for the price. The treadmill is almost completely assembled, and all you have to do is unfold it and tighten some bolts.
Pros:
*The belt seems calibrated without me having to take extra steps.
*It runs as low as 0.6mph without stalling.
*It doesn’t take up a lot of room.
*The belt is slightly smaller than my last treadmill that had a narrow belt, but since this doesn’t have an auto incline (auto inclines usually take up a portion of the belt and reduce the usable area), I don’t really notice it with my stride.
*Holds up for 200+lb people.
*The motor is pretty quiet.
Cons:
*I tested up to 6mph and it is a little shaky -if you have your phone on the phone stand it won’t stay still up there.
*The area where you can hold the treadmill for balance is better for shorter and average height people. Tall people may struggle with it as it is kind of low.
*The item does fold flat but the issue is that if you need to do that on a regular basis, it is a pain because you have to tighten and loosen the bolts at the bottom.
*It does beep loudly when changing the speed or starting and stopping the treadmill. I really wish there was a way to mute it.
I bought this as I did not want to spend $1000+ on a huge treadmill that would take up a ton of space. I wanted something basic to walk and run on for days when I don’t feel like going to the gym.
I recommend this item if you are heavier set 200lbs+, or short to average height (5 ft 7 and under), and if you walk/run slow to medium speeds.
If you are really tall or need to run above 6mph on a regular basis, I would recommend something a little more sturdy and expensive.
I have not tried the app that works with this treadmill yet but it was not something that was a deciding factor for me in getting this treadmill vs others.
I will update my review if the treadmill prematurely breaks down but my hope is to get at least 2 yrs of use out of it and then buy something better later on.
Edit 1: the app works with this treadmill but it is a little clunky. At least it’s free. I didn’t have any issues syncing it with an android device
Edit 2: I’ve had this item for over a month and it is still working fine. I wish the belt was a little more padded but it will do for basic cardio on a regular basis.

This is a heavy unit. Boxed weight is over 100 lbs. It has strong legs, but only one “elevation” setting using the pivoting front leg. The adjustable feet are broad and no-slip; a good design. The unit feels quite well built, and operates smoothly, is easy to use, and is quite quiet. I like the control panel, size of the deck, and the handles. Handle height is right where it should be for me, at my height of 5’8″. If you are petite, they very well might be too high and are not adjustable. My wife at 5’3″ is not happy with the handle height.
I don’t like the Allen bolts which must be run out so as to fee the handles for folding. adjustable handle height and a release mechanism for folding REALLY NEED to improve. I also don’t like the “3” and “6” speed increase buttons. All the buttons are VERY sensitive; so it matters that they are right next to the “+” and “-” buttons, so it’s easy to make an accidental press of either one. Then, you’ve initiated a dramatic speed change that’s not easy to cancel. For my wife, this could be downright dangerous. It would be wise if these two buttons required a “long press” to activate; thereby avoiding the accidental press as you reach for the “+” button to up the speed incrementally.
We bought this to have in our Class A RV, and it will work very well. It can be stored on it’s side or it’s end, which will help when traveling. It’s not tiny, but is small enough to work in the confines of the coach, and when folded, is very compact. When set for use, it’s large enough to feel safe and comfortable.
Bottom Line: I’ll update this review with any issues; but right now I’m very impressed with this unit. It is strong, well made, has a full year warranty, and is easy to use, fold, and store in minimal space standing on it’s nose or laying on it’s side.

Good treadmill for a great price! It was sturdy and very stable and secure. Easy to wheel around and to fold down and put under bed. It was very easy to set up and to adjust the speed and the incline.
I was very disappointed that my doctor told me I couldn’t do treadmill due to an issue with my back. I contacted the seller to return it. The reps were very polite and attentive. FedEx picked it up and the seller promptly refunded my credit card. I’m impressed with the service and the treadmill.
