She serves the purpose. I wanted something to help me stay moving more while working. I have a desk job and can find myself sitting a lot more than I need to be within an 8-10 hour workday. My son had confiscated it to his room for a bit so I assume he liked it as well. I do wish the step was a little higher. And I did find the bands that come with are a little long so there isn’t much resistancefor a basic arm curl as opposed to a shoulder raise. However, it still gets me moving more which is what I wanted. Worth the purchase.

This stepper is my stepper a stepper that was made for me.
the relief of low sciatic pain. When I saw this stepper in my vine items for review I thought of a simpe therapy, that being a sacrum shifting exercise. A simple exercise is to shift your low sacrum spinal area by raising up on toe height without bending your knee. You then shift the actION repeatedly between between the left and right leg. It is good everyday therapy but not so much as the good from the action of an adjustable steeper. This one works very well, and in just four days of use I have had a remarkable reduction in nerve pain. In fact, for a couple of days I was so improved I had no sciatic pain down my leg.
That really says a lot for the benefits of the extra stretch and therapy imparted by this excellent stepper.
It was noticeably well made, easy to attach the snap-on stretch cords accessory if you should need them. The tools for adjustment are decent and of good quality.
The heel slip guard on the on the aft of each step is a confidence builder and a very necessary item. Unnecessary tension and slips while exercising could end days of progress. I had no fears using this stepper.
I installed it inside the rails of my chinning bar so I could steady myself during the stepping action. I used the horizontal lift handles. The combination was a winner because it gave me additional stability and confidence while stepping and actually feeling the beneficial therapy for my low back.
This ANCHEER Stepper with accessory resistance bands is a good item to add to your home fitness center.
It looks pro, and gives the results we all hope for when doing any exercise regimen.
I really like it. Of course you don’t have to have a sacroiliac distress to gain bountiful benefits from this stepper. It provides strengthening and toning of critical muscles and ligaments that is the proprietary key to preventive maintenance.
I am outright recommending this item because I got an excellent benefit from usage and continue to do so.
For Value, performance, quality, and RESULTS…FIVE GIANT STARS.

This is the one item I wanted to try for my indoor exercise program. First things first, it is HEAVY. I understand the hydraulics inside of it to perform the steps is what does that, so maybe get something to slide it around on. It’s small and takes up very little space so it’ll be great in a small area. I set mine up to workout in my small living room and it works wonderfully for me. I feel like I’m getting a decent workout without having huge equipment or a ton of noise.

I have limited space and somewhat limited mobility, so I actually use this from a seated position and it still gives a solid workout. It comes with all the necessary accessories for an upper and lower body workout, including resistance bands, handles, and clips. It’s adjustable to change how difficult the exercise it. It’s a little heavy, but not so much so that it’s hard to move around when you need to, you’re just not likely to be able to nudge it with your foot. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with this.

The hydraulic resistance system provides a smooth stepping motion, making my workouts low impact but still challenging enough to get my heart rate up. I love how the stepper targets both my legs and core while using the resistance bands for an upper body workout. It really feels like a full-body cardio workout in a compact machine! Plus, the resistance can be adjusted, allowing me to change the intensity depending on how I feel. I was surprised by how sturdy and stable the stepper is, even during longer workouts. The base doesn’t wobble, and the non-slip pedals keep my feet in place. It’s designed well for home use, and even though it’s compact, it feels solid enough to handle regular use. The LCD monitor helps me stay motivated. It tracks my steps, workout duration, and estimated calories burned, which makes me push myself to improve. It’s not overly fancy but does exactly what I need it to do to monitor my progress.

The tension is adjustable, which is, of course, a good feature. The display is good. I’ve been using this for one month now, and it’s AOK. I actually have an exercise bike, which I moved to a different room because of this, so I freed up space and I actually use this way more than the bike. It doesn’t have a memory to chart anything. It’s holding up so far to many uses, almost daily.

It’s been so hot this summer that I’ve replaced my walls with some time on this machine. It’s helping to tone my legs and get my steps in. I love that it doesn’t take up space like a treadmills but gives me a real workout

This is a great stepper for lightweight use.
The instructions could be better and more detailed. The manual indicates the maximum weight is 220 pounds.
It is generally steady but it will tilt backwards if your feet are positioned towards the end of the steps.
After about a week of daily use, I’m starting to notice a whooshing noise during use, but no noticeable issues at the moment. The tracker monitor works well and is responsive.
