After six months of infrequent use by my 96 year old dad, one of the foot straps broke. I messaged customer service inquiring how to purchase more replacement foot straps. I was referred to after service parts. I’ve been going back and forth via email for a few weeks -still no resolution. I ended up finding a replacement part online on my own. Good product but customer service is extremely slow.

Amazon typisch, schnelle Lieferung, gute Verpackung. Das Gerät ist schnell und einfach aufzubauen, es müssen nur die Querstreben mit jeweils 2 Schrauben und das gewünschte Pedalpaar befestigt werden.
Per QR Code ist die zugehörige App schnell installiert und es kann losgehen. Sowohl das Training für die Arme, als auch für die Beine ist sehr effektiv. Die Schwierigkeitsgrade sind gut abgestuft, das Gerät ist, alleine durch sein Eigengewicht und die Rutschhemmer, sehr standfest. Da ich selbst vor allem in einer mehr liegenden Position trainiere, habe ich das Gerät mittels eines Gurtes am Sessel fixiert. Der mitgelieferte Gurt ist dafür allerdings etwas zu kurz.
Sehr positiv fällt auf, dass das Gerät im Betrieb sehr leise ist und die Pedale absolut ruckelfrei rund laufen in jeder Schwierigkeitsstufe.
Negativ bewerte ich allerdings die App, die höchstwahrscheinlich von einem chinesischen Ingenieur entwickelt und per google ins Deutsche übertragen wurde. Da ist noch ganz schön viel Luft nach oben, um es anwenderfreundlicher zu gestallten. Was ich ebenfalls vermisse ist eine direkte Schnittstelle zu einem Fitnesstracker oder einer Pulsuhr. Aber das wäre dann wirklich nur das i-Tüpfelchen.
Zusammenfassend: Ein wertiges, gutes, praxistaugliches Trainingsgerät für alle, die, warum auch immer, nicht auf einem normalen Ergometer trainieren können.
Eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung.

Ein großartiges Gerät. Der magnetische Widerstand macht es leise angenehm.
Die Einstellung des Widerstands in Stufen funktioniert leicht und unkompliziert.
Der Riemen ist fantastisch um den Trainer beim Trainieren an Ort und Stelle zu halten. Ich benutze den Trainer an meinem Schreibtisch und zurre ihn so an meinem Schreibtischsessel fest.
Die Anzeigen am Bildschirm sind teilweise etwas fragwürdig und in der Anleitung steht leider nicht in welchen Maßeinheiten da gemessen wird. Stört mich aber nicht besonders, da mich hauptsächlich der Timer interessiert.
Beim Timer sollte man beachten, dass er nur 2 Stellen hat. Sobald er 99 Minuten überschreitet, stellt er automatisch wieder auf 0. (vielleicht ist das sogar schon bei 90 Minuten, weiß gerade nicht mehr genau). Ich stelle ihn daher nach einer Stunde selbst wieder auf 0 um nicht rechnen zu müssen.
Ich kann das Gerät nur weiter empfehlen.

I sit for long hours for work. I also have a blood clotting disorder that makes me prone to DVT. Sitting so much is obviously making me weaker and I always worry about flexing to keep my blood flowing. This replaces the need for me to pump my feet and I can run it for 10 minutes at a time. It also helps with my legs and back getting stiff. I don’t really like the cup they sent to keep the chair from rolling. I have found if I support myself not to move I use my core too. The straps are great. Highly recommend.

What a well made piece of equipment to help someone like myself who is pretty much unable to use your legs to get exercise that you need. Now I can just sit on a chair get my feet put onto the pedals and turn the machine on and control the speed and the intensity and get the exercise that my poor legs need. This has been a real blessing in my life so thankful that it was available and another price I could afford great job to the people that put this together.

Well made, strong and sturdy, quiet to use, good range of torsion settings. Very versatile where it can be used, easy to move around can be easily stored away when not in use.
Only drawback is the digital readout is not very bright and the distance readout has no units.
Overall highly recommended.

Fondamentalmente è quanto ci si aspetta da una mini Cyclette, ovvero una versione ridotta che però presenti le stesse caratteristiche della versione normale, ovvero solidità , pedalata fluida e buona resistenza.
Rispetto alla Mini Cyclette che avevo in precedenza (durata circa un anno) questa non solo garantisce una pedalata molto fluida e un range di resistenza piuttosto ampio, ma, soprattutto, appare sin da subito un prodotto molto solido.
Quest’ultima caratteristica, inoltre, spiega i suoi effetti anche a livello di stabilità , perché mentre le Mini Cyclette plasticose durante l’uso si spostano un po’ ovunque, questa, proprio perché più pesante, tende a restare ben in posizione.
Insomma, questo è un prodotto pensato soprattutto nell’ottica dell’attività fisica/allenamento per chi non può o vuole avere un cyclette intera e svolge il suo lavoro egregiamente.
