I am recovering and doing physical therapy and I was worried when I got this about being able to set it up myself because I have no one to help me. I was relieved it is lightweight, easy instructions with a sturdy base and three things to assemble. Very manageable. Very pleased with how easy it is to use, it does not take up much space and was within my budget.

I got this for my grandmother. Unfortunately she passed away before she could use it, so I’ll likely donate this to a nursing home. It works very well and there was minimal setup needed (like 1 min tops?)
Works in most chairs since it has adjustable-ish height.
Not bad for those needing exercise but can’t move around too much!

My husband got very sick towards the end of 2023. We were looking for a way to help him get his strength back because he had lost so much muscle during his illness. This was perfect! With the rotating arm exercise wheel it really strengthens shoulders and the exercise leg wheel build legs. My husband has been working with this for two and half months and can now stand alone, which he couldn’t have done before this machine.
