Box was damaged. We still managed to put the bike together but some areas while still workable have cosmetic damage. Which assault doesn’t care about. When contacted they said they can’t control shipping (no apologies) and only offered to send parts if damaged and needs replaced. After putting it together it all works but there is cosmetic damage which they don’t do anything for. For how much it cost that really sucks. We’re loving the bike but maybe offering a discount or even a coupon code to make up for the cosmetic damage would have been nice. So Just be warned that the box will probably be damaged and hopefully nothings broken or missing. Real disappointing.

The Assault AirBike Elite by ASSAULTFITNESS is no joke! I’ve had some intense workouts on this beast, and it’s held up like a champ. It’s smooth, challenging, and feels super solid. If you’re looking for a next-level cardio machine, this is it. Sweat sessions have never been so epic!

This is a very sturdy bike and for extra money they will assemble it for you which is necessary at my age. On the other hand the control panel does not light up and is a little difficulte to understand. As far as I know it does not have a generator to power it while your using it. Some say it’s to noisy but I think it’s average.

Amazon delivery: Unit carried in by 2 workers into front door..(top grades for that)
Box: great condition
Assembly: instructions were sub standard
Unit: Solid, well constructed
Motion: smooth, chain driven
Seat: uncomfortable for me..too hard
Resistance: Rider dependent. The harder you push the harder to move
Noise: Noisy due to fan but expected
Size: compact, fits in small space
Electronic display: Unimportant to me, but substandard, I was more concerned with the stability, durability, smooth range of motion and reduced viscosity. Ranks high for my concerns. They should improve display, instructions and seat but overall, so far very satisfied.

The bike itself is amazing except it started having a knocking sound/feeling almost immediately after being put together. Contacted appropriate company to get warranty work down. Assault fitness doesn’t cover canada so onto the troublesome treadmill factory. Their customer service is trash. It has taken 2 years of hounding every month or two to get things resolved. I still have not received the part to fix my bike and when they do eventually provide the part they want me to take the bike to Edmonton to get fixed, which is approximately 3.5hrs away. Extremely disappointed with the company but the bike itself would be great.
Lesson learned never buy from the treadmill factory for expensive stuff because their service department is TRASH

I ordered this to supplement my daily running and walking. This was fairly easy to assemble and is incredibly sturdy. Excellent machine for cardio / interval whole body training. This machine is AWESOME!

I received my first bike on Tuesday, May 30th. The box was badly damaged and parts were exposed and sticking out if the box. Talked to customer support and she advised me to let them come pick it up and send a replacement. I received the replacement bike and the box was damaged with parts exposed, just not as bad as the first bike. I didn’t want to ship this one back and wait on a 3rd replacement. I unboxed it and it does have some pretty big scratches. One of the pieces almost wouldn’t bolt together because one of the studs was sticking out of the box through a hole. I eventually got it to bolt together. It’s a large box, but adding more reinforcement in the box would help for things like this. I’m happy with the bike, I just hate a new bike having scratches and gashes on it straight out of the box. The bike is built like a tank though. Super nice machine!

We are loving are assault air bike! It arrived very badly gouged but that hasn’t affected the operation. It is a great workout! My husband is 5’10” and I’m 5’3” and we can both use it. I do wish the seat would go forward a bit more, and it would Bluetooth to either my phone or my watch apps., but not deal breakers. It is very sturdy. I love the cover over the fan blades!! I can’t imagine what a pain it would be to try and clean up sweat from in there🤢 The noise isn’t too bad. Obviously , worse then most spin bikes but not as bad as the old air bikes. I love the different programs and that you can adjust the programs!! We are very happy with our purchase.

I’ve had this bike for almost two years. This thing is built like a tank and very sturdy. I have no doubt it will outlast me.
Big weakness, and it is a big one, is the display/console. It is a very old design and has no back light. My rower, with a similar battery powered display, is backlit and it makes a huge difference. Not all of us ride in a brightly lit gym. There is a lot more the console could do, they just didn’t engineer it. Connectivity seems to be one way — it can read other devices, but other devices don’t seem to be able to find it. My Garmin watch cannot see it.
Support? As others have said, forget it. You are on your own,, and there are no manuals or support documents on their website. If I had known this ahead of time, I would have bought something else.
