Very Sturdy. The dual functuality is great. Use a stepper and then use it for stomach crunches . The hand bands gives you an extra work out when using with the stepper. Favorite part doesn’t take much space.

I was looking for a machine for mainly ab exercises but didn’t want to pay $200-$300 for other machines I saw that ONLY worked on abs; then came this machine.
I love how small this machine’s footprint is. This is perfect for apartments, condos, RVs, anywhere you can have space for basically an 18″ square. The packaging was deceiving as I thought it would be bigger and I’m glad it wasn’t because I simply don’t have the room. That being said, I don’t think men would like this because it’s smaller. Looks like it was more or less made for women.
It’s super easy to setup. It’s basically a plug n’ play. All you have to do is attach the 4 foam rollers for the back piece, hook the resistance bands and you’re good to go. The part that sold me the most was how SUPER easy this was to use without feeling like working out would be a chore. Using the ab feature is the same movement as if you were fidgeting in an office chair, except you’re actually working out. I can sit this small machine in front of my TV, have Netflix or whatever on, and before you know it, did 30mins worth of ab exercises without realizing it. Same goes for the stair stepper portion.
The only con I could see so far is the size (depending on the person) and of course the built in counter isn’t really useful with it being so low. Other than that, I’m completely satisfied.

I have had this for a while now and I really love it! It’s a perfect size, it’s pretty heavy so it’s nice and sturdy. I keep it next to my desk so I can get up and get a nice little break and walk off all the sitting. lol There’s no adjustable settings unfortunately, but I also use ankle weights(usually I just hold them so I can also do upper body exercises while adding weight to my cardio also) and that makes it nice and easy to customize my workouts. It makes a little noise each step, but nothing loud or annoying in my opinion. It came ready to go right out of the box. The ab part is useful if you don’t or can’t do abs on the floor. I don’t use it very often though because I have another machine for that. But it’s a smooth and comfortable feel when using it. All in all, if you’re limited in space and want to add a little cardio with the option of ab work this is a great option! Works well and it’s really helped me out with these Thunder thighs and lifted my bum! lol I recommend it! Especially with how affordable it is in comparison to so many other products.

I was nervous about this machine. I wasn’t sure if it was going to give me a workout for real, but look…this stepper is amazing. When I first got the stepper, I was only able to use it for 10 minutes before I felt like I was going to die. In a good way. I worked my way up to an hour and a half, and it’s a great way to burn calories and get a sweat on. I now use it just about every day as a warm up before the rest of my workout.Cost efficient and does what you need it to do. I’ve had it for about 2 months now and I have had no problems with malfunctions. It’s easy to use, and easy to store away when not in use.It came pretty much assembled already. I just adjusted the step and install a few very simple little parts. I love it and highly recommended it.

This is a well-designed, multifunctional exercise equipment. The stepper is sturdy and durable, very easy to assemble and able to support up to 330 pounds. The non-slip pedals and handlebars provide stability during use.
The compact size and lightweight design make it easy to move and store the stepper when not in use. The LCD display tracks time, calories burned, and steps taken during the workout. Excellent in home exercise equipment.

I used this machine about 5 days a week , started off 30 min and gradually increased to 1 hour per day. The machine was able to get my heart rate up and I was at about 125 to 135 bpm . I am 5’ 8 and weighing 160. After working out for 5 months the wire in the picture snapped apart . The buyers guide has no contact information, no email, no phone, no address.
The pedals make a squeaky sound and it gets annoying and loud.
I wouldn’t recommend this brand and I will never buy an unknown manufacturer again!!
Not worth the low budget price not worth the $$$.
