Product was received as expected however I ordered Blue and but received Black. i went back to check the link again and it also says “blue”. there wasn’t even any option to select the colours. so Felt a bit Wierd.

Replaced two bands so far. They are for children but extremely bad quality and easily ripped or broken. Really they need to just sell a 3 pack of these bands. A band and charger isn’t even really needed, why the charger? Just a 3 pack of bands.

The clasp broke after only 6 months. The rest of the band held up nicely, but now the watch in unwearable.

I never knew something so small could make a big difference! My son wasn’t very active, so I ordered him a watch to try to encourage him to get his steps in… he has reached his daily goal ever since!!

I bought 2 of these watches for Christmas. In April both bands broke so I purchased 2 of the new style bands. 4 months later and they are both broken again. The piece that holds the actual face in separated from the band and the watch face falls out.

My grandsons smartwatch strap broke. Saw this and noticed it came with a charging cable. Perfect! We keep the charging cable at our house for his overnight stays while he has the original at home. The strap itself fits perfectly. The other nice thing is that instead of a loop to feed the strap through (which is what broke on the original), this one has a hole in the strap to feed the surplus through. Nice idea.
