Average Joe –
I’m old and so I don’t use all the fancy stuff. I use the timer and step counter. They work fine. It’s so simple even I can work it. I supposed the tension adjuster could be a little fancier, but hey, I don’t tighten it a whole lot anyway.
For me it’s a 5 star, but since this is the only unit I’ve tried, I give a 4 to be fair.
winded joe :~

I got my package and when I opened the outer box, the inner box with the machine in it had been opened. I opened it myself to make sure everything was ok. There were no instructions, but fortunately most anyone can figure out what to do. The box containing the digital piece had also been opened and the enclosed battery was just pushed in. As with some other comments, I found it does get hot before 5 minutes of use, but it seems ok. For the price, it is fine. I wanted one at a lower price to see if I liked it and would get a lot of use from it before ordering a much better quality. Not sure yet as I have only used it a couple of times. So far, so good.

I keep this at my desk. The office. It’s a great, quiet way to stay active during all the online meetings.
This peddler is great quality and easy to use! I love that it keeps track of the calories burned!
I highly recommend this peddler. If you want something inexpensive, that’s highly effective!
It’s not heavy either, which is a bonus!

Popped up in seconds and ready to use. I love it and use it daily. Portable enough to take with me on vacation and sturdy enough to use for an hour or more at a time. Well built and comfortable.

Exerciser is stable and easy to use

It is lightweight and sturdy. Absolutely great for losing those extra pounds gained during Covid.

It works good for me, but it’s not very sturdy but for the cost, I’m happy. The only concern I have is when I was using it today, the bottom of my foot touched bar (see pic), it was really hot. Being a Type 1 diabetic, I now will be extra careful not to let my foot or pets touch it again.

I have restless legs, caused by nerve damage. I hate taking additional medication to “calm” them and this item works perfectly for that. It keeps my legs busy enough so the meds can work. So glad I bought this, love the way it folds away under my bed.

I am NOT a doctor so this is NOT medical advice. Always check with your own medical folks before trying something.
This has been working great as an arm bicycle for me. The item is sturdy and solid, has a clear sticker that warns in three languages that YES THE MIDDLE CAN GET HOT WITH USE SO DON’T BURN YOURSELF.
I have not tried it as a leg pedaller.
It is now on the middle of a messy kitchen table covered with mail, and still stays in place even on top of the mail. It needs a supportive table or something wide, long, and solid enough to be safe when used as an arm bike, so this works great for me to look out the window while doing this. Since both arms are busy while using this as an arm bike, you might want to take into account what you can watch or listen to easily while using it.
It counts the times it goes around and for some reason keeps track of that until maybe 10000 even after the other figures are reset, It shows time spent, and their guess at calories burned, which I don’t trust. It’s still perfectly nice to have some count like that to know how long you’re been at it.
I also use a different underdesk elliptical for maybe an hour while reading five or six nights a week but since adding this for maybe half an hour a few times a week, I have GENUINELY felt and looked slimmer (and I am older and NOT skinny and have injuries). It seems to help the core muscles of the torso, and actually got rid of that over-bra fat and IS TONING THE UPPER ARMS so there are no ‘bingo wings’ or that kind of flab anymore. I have used it maybe three weeks and have been happy. My physical therapist had thought it would be good for cardio and breathing and it has been.
I have had to figure out the best way to put my feet during use to avoid pulls in the knees, and it seems like having the feet rest on the heels does best for me–the movement goes right through the torso and this way the feet just sort of wiggle and don’t pull the knee joints the way they might with them flat on the floor. YOUR MILEAGE AND HEALTH SITUATION WILL BE DIFFERENT, SO PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE and do what works for you.
ONE WARNING: the plastic pedals have three small holes/bumps on each side where they were attached to a mold while being made, and some of these edges stick out sharply. Please be careful especially with family members who might have numbeness in feet etc. and might not know they are getting a scratch.

Recommended to me by my exercise consultant because I have lower back issues and sciatica. Love this as I can use it at my desk, while I’m in my wheelchair and even while I’m sitting on my bed.
Amazon Customer –
Great little machine, easy to use. The tension regulator does not hold very well but just needs re-adjusting from time to time.
Lois J. Funk –
Doesn’t take up much room, so I keep it in front of my easy chair and use it several times a week during the winter, when the weather doesn’t allow me to walk outdoors. Display is easy to read and tells me everything I need to know about my substitute “walk.”
Jeanie Cook –
This is perfect for one person use or elderly that isn’t going to pedal for more that 20 minutes at a slow to medium pace. A friend used it at a fast pace after me and the axle are got extremely hot. It’s perfect for my lung and arm therapy on a table top and likewise for leg pedaling. I like this better than my stationary bike with resistance bands for arm exercises. Once again, this is not made for high speed pedaling.
