Been trying to get hold of manufacture trying to return this as it broke just after the returns date! Do Not buy its a gimmick. Doesn’t seem to help and when the slightest amount of weight is put on it boom its snaps.

I could not believe I was paying this much for a calf stretcher. I have bought several gizmos over the years. I would use them for awhile and then they would end up in a closet. This one has not left my doorway since I bought it. I use it every day. You stretch muscles you didn’t know you had. I wish I had a video of my son in law when he comes over. He walks in the door and walks right over to the stretcher and oohs and ahs for 10 minutes every time he comes over. I may have to buy him one for Christmas. It is remarkable and you must take your shoes off to get the full effect. This device helped me recover from meniscus surgery. My calf was the most painful part of the recovery and I really was able to recover from the tightness after using the Calfpro. My husband uses it for his plantar fasciitis. It is expensive but it works. It is very sturdy and effective.

Helps stretch calf sooooo well. . . even if you don’t realize you need a good stretch. Folds up easily which allows you to tote it with you if needed. Worth the crazy $100 price tag.

I rarely write reviews and was extremely skeptical that this could be much better than any other calf stretching device. It’s life changing.
Even though it’s been years since I was a college athlete, my calves and Achilles are forever tight because of it. This stretch is deeper than anything I’ve felt. I could cry it feels so good.

I don’t usually write reviews but this thing may have changed things bigtime for me. After seriously getting about 50 calf pulls over the years, my calfs finally just feel “different”, they’re not tight, and knock on wood, I’ve gone 2 months without injury playing tennis several times a week. Could it be a coincidence? I kind of doubt it, when you put your foot in this thing, you feel a stretch high up on your calf and in the back of your knee. I have the simple wedges and did all sorts of stretches, and this is way different. The price is nothing when compared to doctor and PT appointments.

Update – after just a few days of use, I’m just an inch or so from hip to wall.
The first 2 days I couldn’t get closer than 6-7 inches.
And so now about a minute daily does it.
Feels great.
If this part of your chain is tight, it’ll throw off everything else. Happy customer.

At first glance back in the day, I scoffed.
As time went by, it stayed with me, and the science started really making sense.
I figured I’d order it, and if it didn’t work, I’d return it, which is easy enough via Amazon.
I would ignore the reviews and just try it since the concept made perfect sense, to me.
Anchoring the heel this way is key. You can’t beat this stretch.
I was surprised by the sturdiness, weight, and quality. It’s really well made.
Prove me wrong. You can’t beat this stretch.
There are no adjustments to make.
The adjustment is your hip getting closer to the wall over time.
This is a high quality tool that’ll last a lifetime, making the price less than pennies a day.
I’m super happy to have this in my arsenal of mobility tools for the rest of my days.
I have more than one version of the rocker type tool and others, and I know several stretches and stretching techniques, but…
You cannot beat this stretch.
This guy nailed it.
I thought my calves weren’t that tight. I was greatly mistaken.

Excellent stretch for those of us with flexibility challenges in ankles and calf
Three friends laughed at me ” just use the wall”, tried it and ordered their own on the spot

Overall, I’m happy with the Calf Pro as it is a high quality product. It is a tad more expensive than I would have liked and I would like to see it with a few different incremental positions ie: 15/30/45 degree. However, the single locking position for the ~45degree is a solid stretch but it does require some changes in body position relative to it to get those smaller increments — it is important to note, you can use it on relatively any surface and/or against any secure object for additional support as you aren’t necessarily limited to being in a doorway.
All and all, this device compared to the calf stretchers that use a ‘rocking’ motion that you can get for $15-30, this is worth while investment if you’re seated for longer periods of times and struggle with ankle/calf mobility.

Helps to give a good stretch, hard to get from just using stairs.

As a golfer/runner/cyclist I tend to have tight calves. This is a perfect aid to help stretch your calves. It’s a little pricey but it does the exact job it’s built for…stretching your calves. My foot fits perfectly and you can feel the added stretch from the Calfpro compared to using a wall or stair.

I was apprehensive about paying this large amount of money for a glorified calf stretcher. But this device is a game changer and well worth the money. I am suffering calf discomfort following my Achilles tendon surgery two years ago. Foam rollers, a massage gun and lacrosse ball myofascial release have proven very beneficial. But after long walks or any extensive leg exercises my calf becomes very tender and uncomfortable. Eventually resulting in plantar fasciitis too.
I have had this calf stretcher for less than a week but I have already noticed a significant improvement. In addition, this device , though made of mostly plastic, is made of very good quality. It feels solid and well put together. I believe it should last years under good care.
Money well spent in my opinion! This is not a gimmick.

I’m an avid marathoner who has been having tons of issues with my lower legs, all tied to tight calves. I’ve been in physical therapy for 8 weeks with little relief. Finally bought this out of desperation and immediately felt relief after the first use. I am super excited to see how it goes with continued daily use. It is high quality and gives a much deeper stretch than I would be able to do on my own or even with the slant board I use at PT.

I got this for my Plantar fasciitis, but a normal stretch against a wall is just as good. Don’t get sucked into a video you see online.
