I wish I had taken a before and after picture before writing this review but I do feel a tremendous difference after using the Jaw Shaper for a few weeks. Easy to clean and comes with a convenient case to store it in for travel. Adding the Jaw Shaper to your workout regiment will make your facial muscles work like they never have before. Be sure when you use it to properly set it in your mouth otherwise you might be sore.

Product is high quality I’ve personally been doing the exercises every night before bed I definitely noticed soreness in my jaw. Would make sure you don’t stick the entire product in your mouth I would leave the tip out to prevent suction on your cheeks.
